He began looking into the account and said this can't we returned (referring to the new case cover I had also brought in) in which I replied I am not here to return any accessories I'm here to activate this new phone so I can mail in the old one back. He then proceeds to say oh there's an activation fee to do that if you're not in the account. Never even cared to ask for my mom's ID to even check himself. We came back and they let us know they sold our phone to someone else? After telling us we had to come back the next day for it? How does that make sense? The lady worker there was extremely rude and unhelpful... She told us it was our fault for not leaving a deposit the day before, but we were never told to do so? Extremely unprofessional and didn't even help offer a solution. She was more focused on being on her phone than trying to resolve a problem that they caused... Wont be coming back.
