Ive had internet issues at 3 am and have still gotten help! The stores are also conveniently located with welcomed walk ins. Ive been a customer for over 15 years starting when they used to be Time Warner and have been extremely happy with the service, and constant loyalty discounts and available promotions! You just dont get that sane reliability AND affordable pricing with Dish or Direct TV. Ive just recently upgraded away from the DVR to XUMO and let me tell you, I LOVE IT! No wiring everywhere, no headache to setup and activate, and the unit is small enough to fit in the palm of your hands. Its LOADED with avaliable sports channels and movie lineups, and it's intuitive! Whatever youre watching creates a que for more of the same type! If you love action, horror, rom com, or reality TV, you're suddenly in a rabbit hole everytime with LOTS AND LOTS of recommendations available! If you ever need new equipment, they will send it right out to you free of charge and most of the time you'll receive it the very next day with online instructions on how to activate it, and if youre still not sure all you need to do is call customer support and they will take time to walk you through the activation process step by step! Transferring your service to another location is a breeze too! There is no comparison!!! I could go on and on and on about how incredibly pleased with Spectrum, but Id be here all day. You just have to give them a try and see for yourselves!

I was greeted by Diego Campos with a smile and a genuine interest in taking care of my situation. That man was a joy to have as my Spectrum representative. I have no doubt that everyone in that store is just as professional and kind and efficient as he was, but I just know that I got lucky to have him. He was able to deliver the bad news to me with charm, and then he helped walk me through my best options moving forward. Diego, you are the man. Thank you for making my day!

    Updated review, 12/20/2025. I decided to end my 15 year relationship with Verizon (due to…read moreexorbitant cost) and take a chance with Spectrum. I made an appointment for 4:30 PM but dropped in at 1:30 because I had time. Before I can even type my name on the check-in tablet, THREE agents approached me asking me what I need help with. THREE! The agent who helped me was Suzy. She was knowledgeable, a good listener and she gave me the confidence that she will be able to take care of my change over. She brought over the store manager, Tony, to finish the transaction when she had to take her lunch. "Please don't hesitate to come back if there's any issue. Thank you for your business." as she left. The switch over got completed smoothly including the back up of the phones. Sure enough, I had a minor issue with a phone so I stopped by on 12/27/25. Again, before I can even finish typing my name, the store's assistant manager , Julian, was already in front of me asking me what I needed help with. Suzy was there so we sat down on the store's couch and chatted about Christmas and family while she fixed my phone's issue. Done. 12/29/25, I came back to finalize some financial details with Tony and it was then that I found out the big change of "culture" at this store compare to my horrible experience in 2022. Tony told me that he became the store manager a year ago and proceeded to turn it around with the new hires. He instilled a culture of customers first and it shows. I could've gotten my issues worked out with tech support and billings but I chose to visit the store and have a "human" relationship. It worked. If you are in the market for internet, mobile or TV service or decide to do business with Spectrum and are close enough to this store, I recommend that you pay them a visit and decide for yourself.

    Mom and I came to this location to get her new phone activated. The only available associate at the…read moretime was Chris. I explained that we needed to get the new phone activated and so we could return the other one. He began looking into the account and said this can't we returned (referring to the new case cover I had also brought in) in which I replied I am not here to return any accessories I'm here to activate this new phone so I can mail in the old one back. He then proceeds to say oh there's an activation fee to do that if you're not in the account. Never even cared to ask for my mom's ID to even check himself. I could tell from his vibe he did not want to help us so we left another location on harbor st. At that other location they were very welcoming and the associate there was very helpful in confirming that mom was associated with the account and no need to pay for an activation fee. All in all Chris was very Rude!! Do not got to this location on South Bristol st.

Verizon was recommended by a handful of friends that said they were very pleased with their service. A new location was erected nearby my work so I decided to head over and see what options they had. The store is located on the first floor of a two story building in a small shopping center on the corner of MacArthur & Bristol. When I stepped inside, it looked clean modern and well appointed with accessory displays throughout. The associate was working with someone so I waited for about 10min or so. When she came over she apologized for the wait and I began to discuss cell phone plans. She offered some great plans which included internet as well! So not only was I breaking up with AT&T, I was breaking up with Spectrum, too! They offered a sweet discount on the iPhone 17 Pro Max, so I went with that. About 20min later, I had a shiny new iPhone and sparkling new cell service & internet to boot. I'm still working out some of the kinks of having new service on a new phone but all of that is par for the course. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience and I'm hoping it will the start of a long & happy relationship.

A few months ago our Internet speed went down from 100Mbps to 3Mbps. Yes, three. It took them about 3 weeks to get it fixed. In the process I have been in contact with mediocre customer service reps that are trained to copy/paste boiler plate responses. It doesn't matter whether they've given you an answer or ETA. They'd always ask, "Is there anything else that I can help you with?" so they can end it asap. This time around I had to move my service to a different address. The first rep that I talked to set up the install schedule. A day later I still didn't get any sort of confirmation. I contacted them again. Turns out that the schedule wasn't made at all. So I had to make another request. The rep that I chatted with this time was extremely slow and couldn't get a grip of the issue and task to be done. In the end, the install was scheduled. But wait... I ain't falling for this again. I immediately contacted them again to see if there was an install scheduled. Yes, there was, except that it was scheduled to be done at my OLD ADDRESS!! How can they mix this up?? Come on.. transfer of service to a new address that you were aware that was not in your system yet. Need any more clues on where to send the technician to? So, it took me the third time to get this simple job done.
