Their delivery service is no good ive been waiting all day on 8.30.25. Saturday I was told they would be here between 3 and 6 so I stood by and no communication at all from store as to why or when they will show up and the driver cant even communicate to tell me anything .at it looks like they aren't even delivering anymore . The track says they been on stop number 7 for the last 3 hours and my stop keeps getting later and later. So I have to wait till 9 pm now . But I have nobody to talk to . I have a family of 6 and I need my fridge fixed asap and they provided no help at all even if you reach out to the insurance. They keep on scheduling maintenance appointments and a new "issue" comes up with it. Which then means having to wait a week or more for the piece to arrive only for it to be the incorrect one. I decided to leave was only stopped by security guard to go through my bag vigorously not find anything And make me feel so uncomfortable. I'll never come back here again. First time stopper at the store. It should have been a red flag when in the mattress bed dept. the salesperson /female did not even acknowledge us. We were the only ones in the dept looking at a mattress to purchase. And then she disappeared. I went to another dept to find help. Same salesperson hanging talking to another dept. She came over to help us and she took out order. Put in our order. Nectar mattress/box spring and frame. We told her someone would pick up. She assured us all was in stock and it would be ready. We picked up today. Box spring was torn and it was 2 pieces. She never mentioned it. By the way this was a twin mattress. The frame was also the wrong size. Needless to say we returned it all. My husband and I came to here to buy a tv. We already knew what brand & size we wanted. When we first arrived I went to use the restroom & my husband went straight to the tvs. After I finished in the restroom I looked around a bit before going to find my husband. He was still standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge him. From where we were standing we could see 3 employees in one area standing around on their phones & 3 girls behind the cosmetics counter laughing together. Not one person came to help us. We had to go find someone ourselves. Once we finally finished our purchase we got home just to figure out they gave us the wrong tv mount. My husband drove all the way back for the right one just for the employee to argue with him and try to sell him installation because "he wasn't doing it right" We ended up going to Best Buy the next day & buying the correct mount for half the price you were selling it for. & guess what? It was installed with no issues. I suggest you get some employees that know what they're talking about & go to work to actually WORK & not just socialize. read more

So I have been a customer with Curacao for about 6 years, more or less. I always liked coming here and purchasing what I needed. It was a delight until today. My husband & I came in looking to purchase some electronics and we did. On our way home we realized that the girl that helped us charged us THREE different things that we never asked for. She never asked if I was interested in getting anything she just added them! So here I am going back to the damn store to get this fixed only to be helped by the rude ass manager Janet. She didn't even bother apologizing to me for what THEY did in the first place. She kept talking over me too, the 1st time I let it happened but by the 2nd time I told her straight up to stop interrupting me. One of the items that I did not ask for was a screen protector so when I tell them that they said okay we can remove it. I said ok great, but after almost 2 hours of being there I'm thinking it would be nice if they just let me keep it and remove all these charges because either way once they remove it they have to throw it out. But nope it was still removed & thrown away. I don't get these people, don't you guys get paid for to be nice to the customers and help them? Clearly no. & my APR is 34% YUP 34%!! After being with them for YEARS. I asked the credit department and of course they were rude too. You guys are unbelievably disappointing! I just want to give you guys an update on this situation , it's been almost a year ! After a month i remembered I also purchased insurance on the tv and I tired to cancel it ( the managers didn't even help me ) and they charged me a fine to cancel it ! Knowing the situation, I was paying up until maybe December because I figured I did have two of the products , the speaker and the x box I just stopped paying because I did payed those two products off according to my receipt . I wasn't going to pay for a tv I don't have . I would always call customers service (escalations) and they would AWLAYS say " I WILL LET MY SUPERVISOR KNOW AND WE'LL CALL YOU BACK LATER " Never do I get a call back just up until a month I stopped paying they would call for me to make a payment and I would always have to let them know this situation again ! And again they would say the same thing "I'll let my supervisor know and we'll call you back " and never a call back . To this day they still have the tv I returned and now they send me to collections I offered them to double check if I owe anything on the Xbox and the speaker and I'll gladly pay it but I will not pay for a tv I don't have ! I told them I wanted to find a solution but they never helped out I had all the receipts, pictures , witnesses I was fully willing to cooperate to find a solution I even drove all the way to LA to corporate to get help since the store manager didn't help out and they also didn't help me read more

If I could give a negative review I would. We bought a really nice dining room set from here and after a few months, two of the chairs were breaking down. We have called, we have emailed, gone in person and no one has been of any help. Even though we bought the extra insurance to cover these things they have been no help at all. Someone finally came out to "fix" the broken chairs instead of replace the chairs after months of calling, but it was a joke of a fix. We had friends come over recently and the chair literally broke as our friend sat down. Our friend is literally 5'7", maybe 150 lbs. The absolute horror and embarrassment we felt for our friend accompanied by the frustration and madness we felt for how we were basically ignored on this matter is just ridiculous. Horrible service from the cashier. I went in to pay off my Moms account and they gave me a hard time because I didn't have her card to pay off the account. When I make payments for her account over the phone all they ask for is the telephone number. Never the account number. They ended looking up the account with her phone number like always and made rude remarks when I asked for the amount owed because I was paying the account off.
