A woman, working alone, was annoyed i walked up and tried opening the locked door. I was having issues with my new phone and she just did not want to help or offer any type of support. Telling me that it has nothing to do with being tech savvy, if it's tech savvy, she'd ask me to take apart the phone I pretty much held myself back from calling her out for her rude behavior. Especially for how much we are spending on these phones, a little support would be nice. I would not recommend this location.

When it was my turn, Alex came over to greet me, took the bag with my mom's equipment, and walked me over to his station. I was honestly a little nervous because the account wasn't under my name. I explained that my mom has been sick and I'm taking care of emptying her apartment and canceling her utilities on her behalf. Alex immediately understood and took care of everything in about a minute with no hassle at all. They were quietly discontinued between 2020-2022. But there's a couple on the internet, such as Amazon. I was told to go to this store to have the sticker printed out. The minute I walked in, it was cold and it almost smelled like a freshly painted house. It reminded me of the time I moved into my new home with my family. The female employee was kind and straightforward with me as I explained to her why I need to return this. Then she told me how to get a QR code but because it was a return replacement order. There wasn't a QR code. So she told me to call customer service. But I insisted on just paying this whole thing and get it over with. There was another family walking in, and the woman was holding some papers for Notary reasons. The female employee told me that she had to handle the customers with notary and that her male colleague would help me. Her male colleague got everything printed out and put my pencils into a blue bag to be shipped out to Amazon. The price was $6.49. $2 for the bag and $4 for the return sticker label. Good thing it wasn't expensive. I told him my story and he was incredibly understanding.
