I was given a promotional discount for the first three months of payment plus I was informed my bill would be the set price monthly without additional charges unless i was paying directly in the store which would be a $3 additional fee. I went into the store to make my 1st payment. I am being charged $10 more then my original bill. I give my discounted payment card(again i was given at that exact store not even 30 days before) and i am informed they are no longer accepting it! (Excuse me this is my first payment. The exact person who gave it to me(who made a sale off their lies) was right there and your not going to acept it) Of course im angry b/c this is my first payment and im already having issues with this company! I contact CS. And they inform they cant do anything, that its all on the store. I go back into the store and speak to the mgr. He couldn't decide if he was just the mgr, the acting mgr or the owner. I inform that discount card was given to me, it was just my first pmt, and it was to be honored. I then asked or was the discounted pmt catd one of their selling tactics just to meet goal for their sales. I got the dead stare. All he stated was all he could do was wave the $3 service fee, which brought up my question as to why my original bill was $10 higher. He stated there just additional fees. Whattt Im not going to pay for their dinner or snacks trying to charge me $10 additional service fees. Again i left angry and again CS stated they can not do anything. Yes it was only a $10 discounted payment card for 3 mths but its the principle of tbe matter. You are giving your service and money to a company that plans to take advantage of you!
