Jeff took the time to come out, reviewed our existing system and made recommendations based on our needs. Electronic payments were easy and the equipment arrived within a week. They required a full day for setup and then helped me understand how to get everyone's key fobs and intercoms programmed. The new DoorBird system is great! I can only comment on the place that sells the phone accessories. The owner of that shop is Carlos and he is great. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He offers his own screen protector that he makes for you in the store. He said it's made up of hydrogel vs the glass ones we normally use. The hydrogel holds up much better than the other ones and it's only $15 which is more expensive than the packs we all buy on Amazon but it's worth it when you need to protect your investment! I drop my phone way too much (I know I know) and with this protector, not a scratch, not a crack, nothing. $15 very well spent.

I got laid off due to the pandemic because they didn't have any armed job at the moment but I'm still employ with them. The new acct manager still keep me in contact.
