I got it changed and came back a few days later because I dropped it. I didn't even drop it that hard and the screen still managed to crack. I had to pay again to get it replaced. When I received the phone back, they cracked my camera lens.... I confronted them and they said they didn't do that. Thankfully I took pictures prior to the service and I showed him that it wasn't cracked when I dropped it off. They eventually replaced it for free but didn't even own up to their mistake and got petty. Few months past and the screen cracked even worse. I know I shouldn't be dropping my phone but it happens. At the same time, I shouldn't have to be paying so much money for bad quality. I wouldn't come here again...

When we did, he told us again to come back the following week. This continued for two whole months. Finally, he told us to go to another store in Chinatown to pick them up. When we arrived there, the staff said the AirPods were not complimentary at all and tried to charge us for them! We feel completely misled and taken advantage of. Konner's promises were false and deceptive, and this experience was especially disappointing because he clearly took advantage of our trust and limited English. Horrible customer service!…read more My mom (who is a non-english speaking senior citizen) came into the store hoping to resolve an insurance subscription cancellation that was done awhile back, only to find that it was still active. The worker who was originally suppose to handle it, had quit a while ago without cancelling the said insurance subscription. Instead of helping her, the manager and other employees kicked her out of the store due to "bad attitude" when it was their responsiblity to make sure such a thing was done and were the ones yelling and shouting. Also, mind you that one of these employees was too busy and distracted on trying to get BTS concert tickets while ON THE CLOCK. I had to come in person and get this problem resolved since they lack the decency to have the patience to help my mom out. As I came into the store with my mom beside me, the manager (the one who yelled and shouted at my mom to leave the store) was constantly trying to escape into the back room and ignore the elephant in the room. We waited for hours until the manager stopped avoiding us. No apology for the insurance subscription not being cancelled. No sorry for being extremely rude and unprofessional. No anything. They blamed her because she called them out "for being unprofessional" without the use of aggressive behavior or tones or language. Mind you there were also other non-english speakers around 50+ in age who were waiting there for hours to get help, only to be pushed away immediately.

I was just at the limit of my one year warranty, so I sent it in and they put in a new screen for free- a manufacturer's factory warranty job. The FedEx guy just returned it, and it looks great. They also sent their best tempered glass screen protector. I figured, "I've got a new screen and a high-quality protector; let's go get a pro to install it." So I called SF Smart Wireless, and explained that I had a new factory screen and a new factory screen protector. Could they install the screen protector for me? "Sure we can." "Okay, I'll be over in a little while." Here's the "Professional" job the guy did for me. He told me, "You can see some bubbles when it's turned off, but they aren't as visible when the phone is turned on." I guarantee you, the bubbles are visible when the phone is turned on! "Some bubbles???" I've got 34 bubbles on my phone screen now, and I've only had it back from the factory for an hour! This is my day off. I've got things to do. Now I've got to go out and try & find someone to fix the damage SF Smart Wireless did on the phone I just got back an hour ago.
