They said they'd call me when they found it, but I never got a call. I eventually called them, and they told me I should just order the slides instead. They refunded me the exact amount onto a gift card, but shipping cost $10 and took a week. They've done nothing to help, and I'm absolutely pissed and disappointed in their service. It helps that the owner and employees are class acts- knowledgeable and never snotty. Ex: I ordered about 5 dresses from Revolve.com for Christmas parties this season, and none of them worked. I walked into Circular and within a few minutes had 3 excellent options, all of which were less expensive than the dresses I had ordered online. I'm so grateful Anchorage has this wonderful shop.

With that, I would return the one I had (item (#870150001) since I got it for a cheaper price online. I notice the shirts were kind of a different material but it had the same sku number, so I asked can I just switch it out. Aiden said not for the promo price I got it for. I didn't understand why not since they are essentially the same item with the same sku number. Terrible, terrible customer service. He said I would have to wait a few more days for the promo amount to fo back to my account, then come back to get the item. Like what? Why not just switch it out, it's the same item anyway with the same sku number. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. It was terrible that Aiden was not able to honor my promo price or just switch out the items. Making it difficult for nothing.

I'm aware this store is known for trendy, cheaply made clothing, so I had previously never paid it much attention in the past. The sales person in the store was very friendly and helpful. I will say given the quality, the clothes are a little over priced, but I have a hard time finding things that fit my stumpy legs, so I was pleased to find a very cute pair of pants at the $40 mark. I also found a cute pair of shades and some inexpensive perfume. I actually think I'll be back now that I have a better idea of what they have to offer.
