Love what they are doing here to keep us safe and free from a poor shopping experience. Thanks security.

Overly vigilant staff, traumatized by shoplifters- make it uncomfortable to shop there!

When we came in we were treated by the security guard who also gave us a shopping cart. Walking around people asked if I needed help finding anything, which was nice to hear because you hear it less and less. I found decor for my playroom and for a great clearance price too it's worth looking in the back. Something I didn't care for was that two or three cashiers at the front were having their own loud conversation that wasn't very appropriate and they did not have the professionalism to cut the convo short for a minute and just resume after we checked out. The young man we had as our cashier though was incredibly professional and ultra polite. I don't go to kohls often but when I do it's typically to buy Nike or Adidas because I know they have it there.

On the way out I grabbed a Fenty Gloss instead for my sister. Here's where the issue came in. I put my card in, put in my pin and it said take your card out. She then says oh it didn't go through. So I repeated the process and this time she said I have to call Corporate. It came up as a duplicate purchase. The manager comes over and he's TRYING to explain to me that it didn't go through. Until I pulled up my bank account and the debt is already out of my account. I showed him my account 3 times and he kept saying it will drop off. No it won't it already came out of my account that's why it's saying duplicate. After he comes back he brings a receipt that's 5 minutes after the first receipt that says voided in store. It wasn't a void. My daughter was being really polite but he came off as rude, very rude. He wasn't listening to what we were saying. His facial expression showed he didn't care it was his way or no way. He then said she has to pay for it ...again. I said no I don't want it. The two people working were amazing. They saw I was handicapped and needed just a little more help. They smiled and talked to me with respect just as I was doing with them. Bryce the manager was very rude and didn't care that it came out of My account all he wanted to do was mansplane to us. When my daughter asked his name he said it with an attitude. For no reason. No one raised their voice at him not once. I love Sephora but I will never in my Life go back to that location because of him. He makes no one want to shop. And they are having a good sale.

That's the price if you don't have the loyalty card and, thus, don't get the discount. The sticker then went on to show the "price with card," i.e., the discounted price, i.e. the 20% off price. And that unit price showed as $20.69/lb. That's a discount, yes, but it's not a 20% discount. To simplify, let's say the un-discounted unit price was $25/lb (a penny more than the actual un-discounted price). What's 20% of $25? Five dollars. So the discounted price with loyalty card should have been $20/lb. Another sign at the kiosk advertised 20% off Murray's Aged Manchego. Same problem: Fred's system didn't calculate the 20% correctly. The un-discounted unit price was $26.99/lb., but the same sticker showed the price with card to be $23.59/lb. Twenty percent off $26.99 is $21.59, not $23.59. So, I was being charged $2 more per pound than the advertised price on the sign right there at the kiosk. The nice young woman at the cheese kiosk seemed to understand what I explained to her in person, but she said she couldn't change the pricing; all the cheese sales staff does is weigh the portions and their system spits out a label. So I spoke in person to the man at the customer service counter, who also told me he couldn't change the pricing system and he didn't think anyone else in the store could, either. He noted that the PLU number on the sign didn't match the PLU on the sticker affixed to the hunk of cheese. I phoned and spoke with a grocery manager who did not listen, tried to say I misunderstood, then hung up on me. Then I phoned the 800 number and, once I got past the automated answering system and spoke to a person, she listened, seemed to understand, and said she'd pursue it. Bottom line for you, other Freddie's patrons, is: Check the math on the advertised discount. Make sure that the discount shown on the label agrees with the advertised discount.

Well, the first thing I noticed was the TREMENDOUS selection of great wines they have here? Pavie, Palmer, Pichon Longueville ... none are available in Orlando or Atlanta, which we frequent. The prices were excellent too, BUT, they were all 2021, not an outstanding vintage, and way too young to drink. With us going on a cruise, I'm not going to lug it half way the world around. Instead, I got a Hedges red blend 2022 for a song and dance - and no tax in AK!! Word to the wise: you have to pay for the liquor separately in that area before going back to the regular WH space. Well other than libations, and even though halibut is disappointingly un-cheap here in their backyard and breeding grounds, there is one beautiful buy though - sable fish, or black cod! The filleted ones are cheap enough, but whole fish, $5.99 a pound? Makes me want to move here! Sadly, we are here too short a time to enjoy it because it's just too big a pkg (and Fred Meyer doesn't even carry it). So, maybe when I come back to ski?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COSTCO TIRE CENTER…read more The employees at the front desk were wonderful, but my experience with the Tire Center was completely unacceptable. I paid nearly $1,300 for new tires and specifically requested that my old tires--which were still usable and which I intended to keep--be bagged and placed inside my vehicle. When I picked up my car, I was explicitly assured that this had been done. I was already late leaving for a work trip, so I trusted what I was told and did not check the trunk myself. When I returned on Labor Day, I discovered that the tires were not there. Costco was closed for the holiday, so I returned today for my torque check and to retrieve them. A supervisor--not even the manager--told me that my tires had apparently been disposed of and that nothing could be done. Worse, he blamed me for not noticing sooner. My tires were my property. I gave clear instructions and was directly assured that they had been followed. I should not have to supervise employees or inspect their work after paying nearly $1,300 and being told the job was completed correctly. What makes this even worse is that, as I was leaving, another customer came back because their old tires had also not been placed in their vehicle as requested. Clearly, this was not an isolated mistake. The contents of my vehicle had also been moved around while employees searched for my wheel lock, and the small pouch where I kept it may have been discarded as well. Yet no manager came out to speak with me, no accountability was taken, and no meaningful solution or compensation was offered. The front-desk employees deserve credit for being kind, but the Tire Center's handling of my property--and its response after losing it--was completely unacceptable. If you use this location, inspect your entire vehicle before leaving because their assurance apparently means nothing.
