I finally just left to run another errand and returned in about 30 minutes but received the same treatment. I approached folder/stocker and asked if she would help me, receiving a cheerful, "yes, I can!". However, she didn't know zip about men's clothing (all I needed was a pair of trousers and some braces), and finally she suggested I try Jos Bank, which I did. Jos Bank knows what they are doing - you'll never see me in a Men's Wearhouse again.

He gave me the best advice... before I buy my gun, go to the shooting range and try it to make sure I feel good loading, unloading and shooting it. I always get her foot measured before I buy her new shoes, so I'm not sure why they couldn't do this. The employee then asked what size shoe she wore, I told her and she proceeded to tell me that they didn't carry her shoe size, even though I have purchased shoes for her at the same chain (different location) before. The employee just seemed uninterested in assisting me, so I ended up leaving. This store is very convenient to my home and I hate that I don't want to visit again due to this experience.
