This location is in Chino on Central and Philadelphia; next to the 76 gas station at the shopping center. The store was nicely organized and everything was placed nicely. I was looking for the Pro Club T-Shirts and I found them towards the front of the store and they were on Sale.. I asked the staff about the shirts. The staff member that assisted me that day was Carl. He took the time and we were talking about the shirts and the brand. Just really good conversation and made me feel that I was appreciated as a customer. I decided to get the 3 colors of Pro Club t-shirts his size. My overall experience was great and the customer service I received from Carl was outstanding. My in my personal opinion, I would recommend WSS if you are looking for athletic apparel and get great customer service from the staff. Thank You Carl for your assistance! Next time, I'll be back to get some things that I saw for myself.

Recently, I stopped by to ask for gift bags after making a large online purchase, and I was told I could only have three because they had "limited bags." The interaction felt dismissive, almost as if my purchase didn't count since it was made online. Another time, I placed an online order for in-store pickup that came with a free gift, and the staff didn't want to honor it because the purchase was made online. I was confused since I was physically picking it up in the store what's the difference? Overall, the customer service has come across as rude, dry, and unhelpful. Online purchases are still Victoria's Secret purchases, and customers shouldn't feel penalized for using that option. Hoping management can address the inconsistency and improve the customer experience.

I explained to her what I was looking for and she quickly offered to have my feet scanned. She explained the results in detail to me and was able recommend the perfect shoe for my needs. She brought out a few options for me to evaluate and helped me select the perfect one for me. She was so friendly, warm, kind, efficient and most importantly knowledgeable. Also, I thought the prices were going to be inflated because of the scan and the great customer service but the price was amazing for a the quality (I selected Brooks) and the service. Definitely worth it. I left feeling like I found the best shoe and my feet are already thanking me! I learned so much and never felt like she was just trying to sell me. Unfortunately we were having no luck finding something we liked and when I went back to the register, the original clerk stared at me , until another clerk asked me "if I was ok? When the original clerk said the best she could do was give me store credit, that's when we proceeded to look for something else. I couldn't believe the service received this visit as this was NOT what not the service I received on my first visit. The exchange/return policy is small at the register which I originally didn't notice. Horrible customer service! I will not be shopping at this location again. Shiekh in Montclair isn't your typical "footlocker" or "champs", it feels like they have limited…read moreinventory/selection of mens shoes (they don't have the latest of the latest) for example they presently do not carry Alphabounce though they've been on the market for some time but are also modern in terms of launch. The store itself is elegant, looks like they fronted more money than a "footlocker" for example, and the select for women's "high heels" is tremendous. The store is nicely maintained, and all staff appears more customer service driven, and want to help you. There is multiple people onsite, the day of my visit at least four employees for a smallish store; I was impressed. Generall stores such as these have one person doing all the running back/forth and one guy/gal at the cash register. It's almost as if Shiekh gives their employees commission because they're so hungry to help you. Overall, a change of shoe shopping experience, I spent ~ $300 2x pairs onsite and 1x was ordered for in store pickup ~7 days ETA. This store gets my five stars.
