I came in because I had a gift card to spend. My last experience here was not that good. I came in…read morethis Friday and was greeted as I walked in this time. I wasn't sure if I wanted another pair of boots or a jacket as I already had a bunch of jackets and boots already. They a very limited selection of boots that were my size. But this time I was helped by an employee. Although they had a limited selection of boots, they happened to have a boot that I liked. I was also browsing at coats and was again assisted by another employee. Did I walk in on a lucky day or did their customer service change for the better? Today I was treated good. Their cash register was a little slow as a long line was starting to form but I patiently waited. I conditioned my new boots and wore them. I'm happy. They need stock up on different sizes of boots though.
