The employee, (I went back after giving some thought just to get her name) Lisa was scoffing, and saying WELL IF YOU WOULD HAVE JUST LISTENED IT WASNT A MISUNDERSTANDING .. EXCUSE MEEEEEEEEEEEE??? A person like this doesn't belong in customer service!!! My son lives in Fernley, not myself. When I said hey I went to Tractor Supply and heard the rudest employee, my son was able to describe her to a T! Joseph at the self-checkout and Diane in the cosmetics department both demonstrated exemplary customer service. They each took the initiative to assist me, and I sincerely appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. Sometimes it can be difficult to find someone when you need assistance, but on this particular day, they noticed I could use a hand and stepped in without hesitation. Their thoughtfulness and genuine care made my shopping experience so much easier. Words can't fully express my gratitude. Joseph and Diane are outstanding examples of what excellent customer service should look like, and I hope they receive the recognition they truly deserve.

Whenever looking at something a staff member usually will come up and ask if I have any questions or if I need assistance. Theirs prices just a little higher but their quality is very good and if you should have any problems you definitely can bring it back. I love coming here.
