She was also outright rude, acting as if she did not want to retrieve the customer's order. I asked for a manager; she resisted calling one and displayed an unnecessary attitude. When the manager finally came to the front, she was not helpful either. She did not look for the customer's order and simply told me it was not there. To justify not checking, she stated that she had already told the customer the store did not have the item they ordered. This store has EXTREMELY POOR customer service, and as an African American woman, I was led to believe that the behavior I experienced was prejudiced.

As a result the company just moved to Clarksburg to build a new outlet center closer to DC , Gaithersburg, ... Now with fewer shops, that means fewer shoppers browsing and buying, so difficult for remaining stores to sell enough and they will slowly move on.

I ended up walking around in here looking for a good amount of time. I was surprised that I did find some items. What was a bit off putting were the lines at the registers. That is when you could find a register that was open. When you did find a register that was open you had to wait in extremely long lines. I mean it's one thing to pick up an item in one department but have to traverse to a completely different department in the store to pay for that item. I will say, the service here from the staff was impeccable. The lady that helped me had just delt with three difficult customers when it was my turn. That didn't bother her, she was still a gem to deal with. She was chatty and had a happy demeanor. I would go back to just interact with her.

The store was clean and well organized and the staff was friendly. I paid more than I'm used to for some of the items (a pair of ladies black shorts for my MMA class) but I was glad to find them. Finding ladies athletic shorts that are long enough to meet my schools requirements turned out to be much harder than I would have thought. I wanted to mention my cashier by name but I forgot to write it down and it's not on the receipt. She was extremely helpful.
