Instead, I was made to feel like I was bothering her simply by asking a question about something I was considering buying. I was so put off by the interaction that I didn't even want the necklace anymore. Why go out of your way to make a paying customer feel unwelcome for no apparent reason? I won't give my money to a business where the staff can't be bothered to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect. If you look at their Google reviews, the staff's attitude is a known issue.
