Unlike Marshall's, I am rarely ever able to find anything in TJ Maxx. It is the rare occasion that I will stop by and find an item or two, but it is never where I find an abundance of any one thing. I have perused a number of sections from beauty to household goods and the beauty section is where I typically find good stuff. For this reason, I stopped by today because I have found that if Marshall's does not have the hair styling products that I like, it is a great chance that I will find it at TJ Maxx. Well, I went to this store yesterday looking specifically for hair products and was able to find quite a bit and the brands that I like. I walked into the store, located what I was looking for and went directly to the checkout line. I really like how structured this visit went, which was a far cry from my usual pop-ins to see if I find anything. Those visits always leave me disappointed.

Prices are great and you can always find a sale. The store is fully stocked at all times and if there is something they do not have all you have to do is ask and they will be sure to order it. I've had some health issues this past year that has made it difficult to walk. I need shoes that stay on my feet (flip flops and no back shoes are a no). Sadly I love these shoes and the owner has made it a point to keep watch of shoes that will fit what I need and keep them in stock. So I continued to search and about 8-10 mins in, the female came over. Not very inviting but doable. When I told her what I was looking for, her response was, nope can't do that and walked away. Now, I've been in the customer service industry most of my entire life. One thing I've learned, if you can't satisfy what the customer is looking for, maybe offer some alternatives that might solve the issue. If a customer is willing to spend $400 on a suit and $179 on a pair of slacks, you might want to be a little more attentive and engaging. So Men's Warehouse...this is now the second time I've had this experience, in this location, Westminster Md. I've had it with this place. I am not interested in speaking to someone from customer service, I'm not interested in anything. The associates need to be more attentive to the customers. Straighten it out!
