Everything else was a fruity beer or sour beer, and if I had to do it all over again, I would have went with a flight of all IPAs and hazies. They also serve very light beers with ABVs of 3% and 4%, when you want something to sip that won't get you drunk (like, at all). Solaris is a brewery only, and they don't serve any food. But you can bring food in with you! When I visited with my sisters, it was improv night, so there were people doing standup on the stage. We felt more in the mood to commiserate over childhood trauma and less like chuckling, so we moved outside to the tables on the shaded patio. Going to the bar to request our waters and our sodas... even after three attempts to ask for our drinks (water, lemonade, soda) the drinks weren't brought out. Many members of our party had their dinner with NO refreshments.
