We have heard rave reviews from our friends about this shop since they have opened and we finally stopped in the grab lunch for our visiting out of state family. First off, Dakota is a whole vibe that I wouldn't mind bottling up for a rainy day. Every customer that entered was enthusiastically greeted and he was very patient and helpful while taking orders. Ethan who took our large order was also very helpful. Everyone enjoyed their sandwiches, my husband loved his pastrami fries, these sandwiches are best enjoyed fresh as they don't make good leftovers and the bread gets too hard. My only issue is while the Bobbi sandwich was good, it had an overkill amount of stuffing and not enough turkey. Other than that, we would highly recommend to all, we had a great first experience and the sandwiches were filling and delicious! The price is definitely right for how much they stuff these bad boys with all the fillings!

Been meaning to try this place since it opened and finally got time to make it out there. I showed up shortly after they open, the restaurant was very clean, the cashier and sandwich maker were both very friendly. I order their duo and I can't complain. The portions are good and the price of 9.99 is just right. Definitely making another stop when I am in the area.

So far the best cheesesteak I've found since moving to this area. Recently, they've added a little more meat and cheese and now it's phenomenal. Hits just right every time I go! The staff is funny. Sometimes I wonder if the exaggerated exuberance they bestow upon me is facetiousness, but fun nonetheless! Fresh bread, steaming meat and cheesy goodness. Sold. Make sure you tip your creators!

Fast friendly service. I ordered the Bobbie Sandwich. Its almost like your having a Thanksgiving sandwich. It came with turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. The bread roll was nice and fresh. Inside theybhad plenty of table to dine.

Sandwhich was pretty good got the wagyu club and wait time wasn't terrible maybe 15 min ambiance was aight and service pretty good... my only problem is this dang little cup of chicken noodle cost $7!!!!!!!!! this place prices are pretty wild got a sandwhich cup of soup and a little brookie ended up paying like $33

I was in the area - a very busy plaza - shopping for some new luggage and was happy to be able to finally try this place. They have the only plant-based Philly cheesesteak around - so that's exactly what I ordered, along with their fries. This is the first time I've ever come across the thin cut potato wedges. I love them! Should've ordered more. This sandwich tho. I wolfed it down. So good. Kinda pricey but worth it if you're treating yourself. It's not too big a portion but decent I guess. There can be a bit of a wait but not too long. There's plenty of booths and seating inside, along with parking in the plaza.

Another visit with my daughter. Sandwiches are generous, delicious, moist, and a complete meal. We split a small of the yummy fries and that was plenty. I still think they are a bit pricey, but for a sandwich treat, we're going back for more. Everything is freshly prepared and service is excellent. The ingredients are hot and fresh. Business seems to good at Capriotti's.

This place went in a few months back but as usual, I wait until the initial frenzy is over to go. I believe anyone can be good right when they open but longevity relies on consistently delivering. I was impressed but the place when we walked in, nice size dining room and fun meat related wall decals staff was super friendly and I said it was first time, he then launched into the house specials and recommendations. I personally love this as it shows a willingness to help a brother out. Got the cheesesteak and the club. The quality of the meat, cheeses, topping and bread were all there. BUT, and this is a good but, the turkey was exceptional. It was roasted and pulled rather than sliced. This made me tingle inside and as I ate it I realized this was something special. I will be headed back to try more of what Capriotti's has to offer. I will eventually eat my way through the menu Go give them a try, and get the turkey

Last Friday Night and couldn't fight urge for a Capriotti's Meatball Sandwich!! Wanted it dooo bad that I went for the Medium over the Small and dressed it with grilled onions and sweet peppers! It was amazing and so satisfying to say the least. I was in a food coma following the meal! Highly recommend!

Capriotti's is a sandwich shop chain owned by two Las Vegas entrepreneurs. We ate in our first one over ten years ago in AZ and fell in love with their Thanksgiving interpretation called The Bobbie. It's made with turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and mayo. A lot has changed since then and clearly the two original owners have tried to keep up the ever changing fast dinning sandwich scene. The Bobbie used to be made with sliced turkey, but now is a pulled turkey Sammie. While their Slaw Be Jo roast beef, has morphed into a Wagyu beef creation. We came here last evening and was reasonably impressed. The interior is massive, with over a dozen tables. It's also immaculately clean. Our sandwiches however were hit and miss. My medium Wagyu with extra meat was huge. Using a low fat cut of wagyu, means you need to add various fixings, to add the flavor. Mine was mostly rabbit food, but I fixed that pretty quickly by dumping it off the sandwich. Though it was still pretty tasty. My wife's was a medium Bobbie and since we were here after six, the turkey was overly dry. Capriotti's main selling point is that it is cooked fresh daily, from a Butterball turkey. Capriotti's is clearly going for the upscale market. My almost foot long medium Wagyu came $17.99 before adding extra meat. Their 18" large one goes for $27.99. Ouch. Our tab for two, with one bag of chips and medium soda, came to $45, including taxes and tip.

Dakota deserves a raise. Top tier customer service. Was a craving a Philly cheesesteak and they did not miss. Also great view with big windows from inside seating

Oh, you know, I just happened to be in the area today and decided to check out this new sammie shop near Amazon Fresh. I have seen numerous reviews, and of course, I had to do what I do best. I felt the need to verify that the claims made on Capriotti's Sandwich Shop are legit. I can indeed confirm that the hype is REAL!! I have my favorite spot out in Old Town Temecula (some of you know what I'm talking about), but I'm glad I have this place now, which is a tad closer! They offer their signature sandwiches to fit all appetites. They come in 5, 8, 10, and 18 inches. I had to go for broke and baptized myself with an 18" Classic Italian. Let me tell you!!!! It's longer than my leg and goes from my hand to my armpit (see pics, lol). This sammie filled me up real good, and I have some left over for tomorrow!! At $25 a pop, it is well worth the price, especially when they aren't stingy with the ingredients. I have heard about the Bobbie, and intend to try that one next, as well as the Grilled Italian. I've never had it grilled before, so that should be interesting. I missed the lunch crowd, so I was helped right away, and the shop is clean and bright. I love all of the floor to ceiling windows that make for a happy dining spot. Come on in and try out this new hot spot in Murrieta! They even have free Dum Dum lollipops for the littles! Such a cute gesture. I hope this place does well. I will be adding it to my local rotation for sure!

Not impressed! 20 minutes for 2 small sandwiches that cost $35. There was only 3 tables that had people sitting at them, otherwise the place was empty. Every single table was dirty...gross. I had the Philly cheese steak sandwich that was ok, my husband had the grilled Italian that was just filled with grilled veggies and barely any meat. Can't say we'll be back which is disappointing. Was really looking forward to "The #1 rated sandwich in America"

This trip was not the Benny's I've always been accustomed to. The bread was almost stale, which is one of Benny's biggest item that sets them apart. The issue was the drink for our combos. They were completely out of all fountain drinks. When I told the girl at the counter, her response was, "I know, we got a machine?" Instead of holding everyone else up in the line, we just left and took the crappy drinks. I truly hope this is not the beginning of the end.

Before I get to reviewing the sandwiches I want to mention the great stuff I saw at the meat counter that I will definitely come back for! They had chorizo, pork breakfast sausage, Hungarian pork sausage, two kinds of brats and more. Nice organic chickens, bone in skin on chicken thighs, and herb marinated half chickens. Their chickens are smaller than what they sell at supermarkets which tell me they are younger and more tender. The steaks....ohhhh the steaks! Wagu, Prime grade, rib-eyes, New York Strips, big shrimps, fish, etc. In the other cold case there was Duck, and other Duck related products, plus so much more I can't remember them all! They are a busy place at lunchtime and I didn't mind waiting. We had a turkey and bacon hot sandwich and a BLT. Outstanding on both! My wife's only suggestion that the turkey needed more chipotle aioli, it was a bit dry.

I was the top guy and worked at the outhouse and the penthouse, meaning I worked in financially stable and unstable departments. With all that said, I saw plenty of problems at this location. Starting off, they are way overpriced. Unless the owners gross profit percentage is 50% or more, should definitely be embarrassed pushing low marbled over priced products. Also, questioning the rotation and shelf life on the product. Quality; putting a first cut, wedge cut that was barely scraped in your counter is embarrassing. Anyone that knows anything about cutting or displaying would walk out, which I did. Displays are amateur at best, no quality or finesse. I would recommend avoiding this place until they learn the business.

Rockin' Jay's looked at my weak soul and said "bet" -- then saved it in the best way possible. Counter girl hit me with a smile so bright I almost reached for sunglasses. The entire all-female crew was straight beast-mode at the open sandwich bar, slinging subs like they were on a mission from the sandwich gods. Atmosphere? Spacious as hell, proper New York deli that moonlights as a 70s rock dive -- screaming reds and greens, green booths, wooden tables, tiled floors, the whole retro package you see in the pics. The playlist was gloriously all over the place in the best way -- Contemporary Christian one minute, 2019 pop bangers the next, basically spanning six decades of straight fire. "Listen to your heart" came on and I damn near did while they built my baby. Every single pick was gold though. I ordered the 12" Capicola & Provolone ($16.69). I yelled "the works -- no mustard, drown me in onions and olives." They dropped an absolute beast of a sandwich... and it came perfectly toasted straight out the gate the way it should be. No sad "can you toast this?" negotiation. Golden, crunchy bread that cracks like it owes you money. Meat stacked stupid high, provolone doing its melty thing, then they buried the whole thing under an avalanche of fresh, snapping shredded lettuce and threw in those glossy peppers on the side like a mic drop. This thing is ridiculously messy -- oil dripping, lettuce flying, pure delicious chaos in every bite. Pro tip: there's no napkin dispenser at the tables, so you gotta go full scavenger hunt by the self-serve soda machine to grab your own stack. Worth every greasy finger and napkin raid. It fed this giant for two meals and left me still full, slightly greasy, and weirdly emotional. My spinach smoothie PTSD? Cured. If your diet has been as depressing as mine, stop torturing yourself and drag your weak ass here immediately. Friendly as can be, killer vibe, and subs that actually deliver. Tell 'em the tall smoothie refugee sent you. I'm claiming a booth next week and bringing stretchy pants... and maybe my own napkin stash.
