Service was good. Very attentive. Food just missed the mark for me. My menudo was mid to say the least. It was luke warm and the hominy tasted like it wasn't fully cooked. Meat was a little too chewy. I did appreciate the hominy to tripe ratio. I'm case you were curious they serve Pepsi products. The ranchero beans were great.

My wife and I wanted to try a new place so we went here. The service was great! Our waitress was very attentive. Also, the place was very clean which we always appreciate.. except for one menu had squished salsa inside of it. We ordered the side of pancakes, the chile verde breakfast, and the burrito with birria. The burrito was definitely the best. The pancakes were.. ok? They should really offer just 1 for a side because they are so huge! The chile verde breakfast was very.. meh. I'd say most of the stars came from the staff.. not sure if we'd come back for the food though, unfortunately

My family and I walked in on a Monday morning for breakfast and it was a great choice! Our server was friendly, welcoming, considerate and attentive. After getting regular coffee she suggested we try café de Olla and brought us a sample and as soon as I had a sip of that cinnamon flavored homemade coffee it transported me to some remote pueblo and imagined myself drinking grandma's cafe de olla. It was comforting. Then our food came out and omg! The portions were pretty hefty and the taste was spot on! Even the chips and salsa they put out at the beginning were great too! The chips were nice and crispy not overly salty or done nor oily. Almost tasted like they were air fried. The regular pancakes we ordered were so good! They were fluffy and tasted like vanilla. It was not your average plain pancake! I wish I would've tried their tres leches pancakes but I guess I'll save that for next time! The ambiance was pleasant and not loud at all even though there were a few groups there. Overall, a really great choice and I would go back there again for sure.

This large restaurant is located in Scott Road Plaza. I found it on Yelp. There's plenty of parking. They weren't busy on a Thursday around 11a.m. Decor is dark with plenty of Disney's Coco pictures around. We were seated right away. The waitress was good. After taking our order she brought out warm chips and salsa. I wasn't expecting that since it was brunch. There were 2 types of salsa and they were both good. My teenager got omelets and it was a good amount of food. I got the veggie breakfast bowl. Someone brought out bacon and sausage bowl instead. It was good but the eggs were runny. I verified with the waitress if I ordered the veggie bowl. She said yes and asked if I would like the chef to remake the order. She took my meat bowl and packed it to go which is nice. The veggie bowl was good but again the eggs were runny and there could've been more of it. I also got the Chai latte which was very good. I would like to try this place again but maybe for lunch.

I love to come get breakfast here, my favorite is the chilaquiles with green sauce and a cafe de olla mmm. The place isn't huge and has casual dining vibe. It typically isn't too busy when we stop in and the service is always good. My boyfriend likes to order breakfast burritos to go pretty often also that are always a hit.

I have been to Breakfast House Los Tejabanes about a handful of times, and for the most part, it's good. The service is quick and friendly, and I don't think I've ever had to wait to be seated. You'll find it in the corner of a quiet strip mall off the Scott Road exit from the 215 freeway. Lots of parking is available. The food here is always made fresh. I've enjoyed everything I've ever had here. The only gripe I have is about their Molcajete. It's the saddest looking one I've ever seen. It tasted alright, but I have definitely had better. I feel like it's heavily lacking on presentation and size. I do like that they have Happy Hour, although I have yet to try it out. Pricing isn't bad, and the portions are very generous. I wish they were in a better spot because they never seem super busy, at least not any of the times that I've come. Maybe if a Starbucks was built near the lonely Taco Bell across the parking lot, more people would stop in. If you're passing through the area and looking for a hearty meal or even just a cup of joe, come in and show them some love!

So I had placed a phone order for pick up. I could tell the girl that answered was new because during the conversation I could hear her speaking in the background to someone asking them questions on how to do things. Anyways, I ordered the chilaquiles. I asked the girl if they do red sauce and she said they do both red and green sauce. I said, "okay I'll order the red sauce." She asked, "how I'd like the eggs with the chilaquiles." I said scrambled. She said, "I'm sorry we don't do deviled eggs as an option." I said, "oh no I said scrambled." That was the first indication that she probably couldn't hear what I was saying and the fact I had to constantly repeat myself during the conversation. So I finished ordering the food and my husband went to go pick it up. When he got there they asked what order he was picking up for because there for no name for the order. She didn't ask me for my name btw. Well he said red chilaquiles and continue with the rest of the order. Apparently the girl swore I ordered green chilaquiles. Husband knows me and thats what he told them. She only orders red chilaquiles. So he waited another 10 minutes for them to "remake" the chilaquiles. When i opened it there was red sauce poured all over the food and I could see green sauce at the bottom. So I started moving the food around and the whole food is mixed with green sauce. I'm pissed. My husband's pissed because they made him wait longer and pretended that they remade the food. I get it I worked in food.. mistakes happen, misunderstandings happen. There were times when I had to take back food because a customer said that's not what they ordered, but I could have swore they did. However, they need to take accountability this is their business. I wasn't mad until I saw the food. Anyways, I don't recommend eating here and obviously we won't be going back.

It has been our go-to steakhouse, and we've even celebrated our anniversary here. We love the food, which makes what happened during our son's birthday dinner especially disappointing. After an excellent steak dinner that cost approximately $330, we brought out a small, pre-sliced ice cream Polar Pizza for our son's birthday. I began serving it myself because it was already sliced. The waitress then came over and, in a confrontational manner, announced that we would be charged a $25 cake-cutting fee. The fee may have previously been mentioned to my wife, but I was not aware of it when I began serving the cake. I understand that restaurants have policies, and a calm explanation would have been enough. Instead, the situation was turned into an unnecessary scene during our son's birthday celebration. Then another large male employee came over, stepped directly into my personal space, and angrily asked, "Would you bring beer into a bar?" He got right in my face without first asking what had happened or allowing me to explain. His tone and decision to get that close were aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We ultimately paid the $25 fee even though the staff did not cut, plate, or serve the cake. The fee was frustrating, but the confrontational way the employees handled the situation was far worse. Families considering celebrating a child's birthday here should confirm every outside dessert policy beforehand. In our case, what should have been a joyful moment for our son became an upsetting experience. It did not leave us feeling as though families celebrating with children were welcomed or valued. A simple and respectful conversation could have resolved everything in seconds. Instead, their response changed the entire mood and ruined what should have been a special ending to our son's birthday dinner. The food may still be excellent, but a restaurant is remembered for more than its steaks. After years of loyalty, the aggressive and disrespectful way this was handled during our son's birthday has cost them our business. We will not be returning.

There was no wait for a booth, and the restaurant had a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with TVs throughout the dining room. The complimentary bread was warm, fluffy, and fresh. The cinnamon butter was tasty, though definitely on the sweeter side. The peanuts were exactly what you'd expect from Texas Roadhouse. For drinks, we tried the blue lemonade and strawberry lemonade. The blue lemonade tasted pretty similar to regular lemonade, but the free refills were a nice bonus. The strawberry lemonade was the standout and definitely worth ordering. We also tried the Dragonfruit Sparkler, which was fruity, refreshing, and one of the better specialty drinks on the menu. For entrees, the Herb Crusted Chicken Dinner was the clear winner. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and well-seasoned, and the corn on the side was surprisingly delicious. The Country Fried Chicken Dinner was just okay. It wasn't bad, but I've had better versions elsewhere, and even with the gravy it felt a little lacking in flavor. The fries were pretty standard. Another plus was the large parking lot and the reasonable prices. The portions were generous, and overall the meal felt like a good value for the money. A special shoutout to Candace for providing friendly and attentive service throughout our visit. Overall, Texas Roadhouse delivered a solid dining experience with good food, affordable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'd definitely come back for the herb crusted chicken and strawberry lemonade.

He decided to give me the gift card this evening to enjoy a nice meal as our kiddos were at their grandparents and he was working. I ordered a $30+ meal the 6oz sirloin + shrimp and two sides. I got it to go so I could enjoy it at home. While I was waiting (I had arrived very close to the pickup time), I noticed an employee standing next to the driver's side of a car talking to the driver, who appeared to be an acquaintance. I could clearly overhear the conversation, and the employee was saying things that I found completely inappropriate to be discussing while standing right in front of the restaurant, even if it was technically in the parking lot. Two minutes before my pickup time, I went to the to-go window and received my food. When I got home, I realized my rolls didn't include the house butter. Whatever! It's not the end of the world. But worth noting as you would think this would be standard to provide. What became really problematic was the meal itself. I ordered my steak well done, but it arrived bleeding and wasn't even close to medium well. Why ask how I want my steak cooked if you aren't going to cook it that way? The shrimp was cold and incredibly salty. The potato? How do you get a potato wrong? Well, somehow they managed...it was stale and overly salty too. The broccoli I don't even think was steamed for more than a minute before you gave it "seasoning". The entire meal was awful and for $30?! Hahahaha I guess really the joke was on me for paying such an absurd amount but I really was expecting some quality somewhere. It just wasn't there all at. We still have money left on our gift card, but we'll be giving it away because we won't be coming back. I didn't even bother calling to complain because, judging by the quality of the food, I don't think a complaint would make any difference. I added a photo of my "well done steak".
