Speaking of sauce, I have no idea how many they have. 10? 15? 5,000? There are enough that every time I come in, I try something different--and I have yet to find one that disappoints. What really separates Sauced from a lot of wing places, though, is that they're actually doing the work. Everything is homemade and prepared from scratch in the kitchen, and you can taste it. The atmosphere is fantastic. Plenty of TVs, plenty of staff, and everyone seems to know exactly what they're supposed to be doing. The team is attentive, friendly and genuinely seems happy to be there. As someone who has spent a lot of years in restaurants, I notice that stuff. I've eaten a lot of wings.
