This place has it all: great food, beer, and service. Plus, there are plenty of TVs to catch all the games. When my Ultimate Melt arrived, it looked so delicious that I completely forgot to take a picture. It was loaded with tender brisket, topped with crispy bacon, and melted cheese. The tots were also outstanding.

This is one of the really good restaurants in Boerne, which are few and far between. Most are overhyped, overrated and overpriced. But not 28 Songs. They have a delicious burger and their tots are great. They are famous for their Totchos (nachos made with tots) in which I have not tried them yet. This a great place for a cheat meal. Great sports bar atmosphere and great service too!

This Boerne eatery offers a nice selection of very tasty ales and a great story of 28 cardinal songs on the menu. There was no wait time for seating inside or out. Our order was taken right away with a very friendly waiter. We sat were we could see the TV sports we liked, which is easy with so many TV screens displayed throughout the restaurant. The Macaroni Balls were impressively tasty. Very creamy on the inside while crunchy on the outside. The Fungi Sausage pizza was so tasty. Nice crispy bite with delectable sausage and fungi. The Kraut Dog was enormous with mustard and a side of onion rings, very filling and savory. Definitely coming back.

I have passed by multiple times (coming from San Antonio) and have always wanted to visit this place. I liked the interior with its many tv's for sports watching. The selection of brews is fantastic. However, the food we had was just so-so. Typical fried appetizer options, burgers, hot dogs, etc. Except for salads there were no vegetarian alternatives such as an "impossible burger."

At the edge of town, they do have a nice set up away from the busy part of Main Street. The weight staff greeted us warmly when we go there. I was disappointed that half the beers I chose for my flight were out of stock, although our server substituted another one. The food was average to be honest.

We pass by this location every time we travel to San Antonio from Sisterdale and back. I promised myself that one day, I'll stop here for lunch. I did just that a couple of days ago on my way back to Sisterdale! Firstly, the menu is not as expansive as others. Meanwhile, their craft beer selection and their wine selection is quite extensive. Since this was lunch close to 1 pm, I ordered their 28 Songs Kapu Aloha blonde ale craft beer. It was delicious! The smashed burger with fries was not far behind and had a wonderful and tasty lunch. The size of the burger and fries was perfect! Service was excellent and I even ordered a smashed burger and fries to go for my wife! Delicious plate of burger and fries indeed! Ambiance is quite comfortable. I can imagine this place filling up on weekends - what with a wall of TV's and a beautiful bar setup. Overall, I love the place and I'm glad that I finally took the time to eat lunch here. I'll bring my wife next time!

This is a good place to grab a drink and get some bar food. I like that they have a few different options for ciders. Their kickin chicken totchos were yummy. Their spicy fried pickles were even better. I wouldn't say they are all that spicy- they just have a slight kick that adds to the overall flavor.

I really liked the facility itself, and the food, however, in my opinion, it's too pricey.

We went a few times, it was okay. Beer was cold though! Got the pretzel, it was hard and cold. Not soft and chewy like I had hoped for.

Delicious Texas flavors and wonderful atmosphere..... I love the laid back vibe on Main Streetread more

Beware The "Pastrami Reuben"…read more I saw that hundreds of people on Yelp had reviewed Cibolo Creek Brewing and overall ratings were over 4 stars. I should have done a bit more reading and looking at the pictures. We stopped in on a mid-afternoon Sunday in early June. First impression upon entering through the front door was confusion. It was not really clear what the process was to order and get a seat. We approached the bar area and then noticed the "order here and seat yourself" signs. Several people came in behind us and so we felt a bit rushed to order. There were several craft beers on tap, but I was told I could not get a flight at the moment. I was able to get a taster, but with all the people behind me waiting to order, I didn't feel I had time to find out more about the beers before committing to a 16oz pour or lose my place in line. Shame on me for not doing my homework. We tried "The BEST Burger" and the "Pastrami Reuben", both with fries and two beers for close to $60 plus tip. The burger wasn't the best. It was sort of "meh". The homemade fries were good. The so-called Reuben was closer to a brisket sandwich than an actual Reuben. The meat was very mesquite-wood-smokey and then appeared to have been fried on a grill (definitely not steamed). It was very chewy despite being thinly sliced and had NONE of the flavor good pastrami has. The menu claims the meat is tri-tip, but tri-tip is known to be a tender cut. The meat on that sandwich was NOT tender. Cibolo Creek Brewery is in a great location (which sort of explains the prices) right next to the Cibolo Creek Trail and River Road Park and they do have a nice covered outdoor seating area with large family-style picnic tables. I may return to sample a few more of their beers and see if there is something I like better on the menu.
