Considering you have to trust someone with putting a tube in your behind, she really comes across as professional and down to earth. She gently puts the tube in and keeps an eye on the machines. She listens to you too. She works in a private room at a salon. This was a big deal to me because shes so clean and professional and it makes you feel safe. I've had 2 sessions with her so far and I will definitely be coming back to her. Overall, I definitely recommend making an appointment with Michelle. She is extremely responsive and is very knowledgeable.

Once I told him it didn't work, he said he would lower my medication. Two days later I get kicked out or the practice. What kind of compassion is that? He made no effort to try to figure out the source of the pain or try alternative treatments. He is easily the worst physician I have ever interacted with & I'm 74 years old! He is only interested in the money he gets for procedures. The practice must know how bad he is, see all the other negative reviews,.but they just want the procedure money he brings in. I asked her "can I change first?" and she just smiled at me, likely a communication error, but very awkward and I ended up having to change in front of her. The massage itself wasn't relaxing at all. She seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and was frantic with her technique all over the place. She used very little oil which made my back start hurting after a while. I felt bad because she was elderly and I didn't want to complain, but I would recommend not to come here if you're looking for a relaxing experience.
