SNS/powder dipping hasn't really caught on up in the Boston area. I've been getting it for a few years now in Florida and other areas of the country. This is the only salon in the area that knows how to do SNS well. I know because I tried a few others claiming to do powder dip in the area and turned out to have no idea what they're doing. The technicians are more than accommodating and welcoming. The tools and salon could make an effort to be cleaner, even though they do put plastic liners in the pedicure baths already. The price is average for the SNS and pedicure I got. Parking nearby. I definitely recommend Born Pretty!

WOW what a lovely experience we had as first time clients. Completely blown away by the service and professionalism Amy and her team performed. I live in revere but haven't been too impressed by any nail salons- thought venturing out to stoneham to visit friends we would give this a shot! HAPPY to say Amy and her team have gained new customers who will make the trip to stoneham every time. I've gotten so many compliments already I honestly can't get over all the detail and perfection. Best pedicure EVER- really took the time to massage over 10 mins with everything else my toes never looked better. I wasn't planning on getting a manicure but seeing how fabulous my pedicure was I knew I had to treat myself:) then I saw the 3d nail effects and feel in love Amy thank you soooooo much I absolutely love my nails and anyone in stoneham would be crazy not to stop in and try!!!! I am beyond happy about my first time experience here. They helped me pick the perfect color I was searching. I also asked for a design and she nailed it. I will definitely be traveling out of my way to come back here.

I love this salon! I had been two or three times and I was very happy with my results. Shortly after I went to a salon closer to me, big mistake! I ended up at Born Pretty to have my nails fixed, which they were happy to do and did an amazing job too . I prefer "coffin shape" nails which many people struggle to achieve. They are perfection after my visit to Born pretty. I will never go anywhere else!

Found this salon on Yelp and I am so glad I did! They were able to fit my sister and I in for mani/pedis with designs! The nail salon is very nice and everyone was very friendly. There are four pedicure chairs and four work stations. There was also a side area for waxing and other services. There wasn't a waiting area so I would call ahead and make an appointment so you can just come in at your scheduled time. Lots of choices of regular polish and gel. Also if you want to get a design it is better to tell them ahead of time so they will make extra time for you. The owner, Amy, was very talkative and funny. There are not a lot of nail places that do designs and that is a specialty here. Amy told us about how she use to teach nail art in China and was open to whatever design we wanted to do.they like it when people have pictures. Painted designs are $3 extra per design and 3D designs I think are $6 extra. I will be coming here again! I love my panda nails and my sister liked her shark!

Amazing service, I wax my lip and eyebrows here I always received an amazing service. The woman who does the waxin I think is the owner, let me tell you she does an amazing job, taking her time to make you happy. I do my pedicure here I really like the way the do it

Born Pretty is clean, relaxing and my nails & toes look phenomenal!! Jen did such a fantastic job, paying close attention to detail transforming my nails into Princess Jasmine themed for a Walt Disney World vacation. The owner is super nice, and they have a huge color selection for regular and gel. Tip - Call ahead if you're looking to come on the weekend!

Stopped in here on my way home from work today. I'm almost not wanting to write this because I don't want it to get super crowded! Got a pedicure, manicure (no polish, just cuticles, buff, shine), and an eyebrow wax. Jenny, the owner, did my brows and they look fantastic. The woman I used to go to moved and I was nervous to go to a new person, but so happy that I asked for a wax. Kim did my mani-pedi and she was so meticulous and detail oriented, and I'm beyond happy. My hands and feet feel fabulous, my nails are the length that I like them (short!), and I will for sure be back. They truly listen to what you want and don't try to upsell you on anything. Thank you, Jenny and Kim!!!

Sophie did my nails and she did an amazing job. They had a lot of customers in line so it's best to call ahead for an appointment. I walked in but they managed to squeeze me in. I wanted to do waxing services as well but they had other customers to attend to, but Sophie tried her best to accommodate me. The salon was clean and well-maintained.

The pedicure was okay, but the lady giving me the pedicure scrubbed my feet so hard they cut both insoles. That's fine for scrubbing to smooth out calluses, but the inner soft part of the foot? It hurt the rest of the day and ruined my pedicure experience.

Love coming to Born Pretty Nails. Just had a great appointment with Sophie who was so personable and gave me a beautiful gel manicure and pedicure. She took the time to get to know my style and helped me decide on a gorgeous design and nail jewelry for my trip to NY this weekend. I drive from Weymouth to get my nails done here, it's worth the trip!

Amy was so amazing. I got married this past weekend and wanted a twist on a regular manicure. So I took my BFF and we booked 2 nail art appointments. I brought in a pin for Amy to check out, and she got super excited about it, couldn't wait to try it out. Talk about a steady hand. It came out beautifully - and in gel, so even a week later, it looks awesome and keeps reminding me of the wedding! I didn't realize it but no one could believe how nice I said Amy was - I guess other places, people give you a hard time about nail art? But Amy was fast, awesome, and she's pretty hilarious. Totally a win and will def come back. Thanks for making me petty, Amy! UPDATE: It's been two weeks and my nails are so fricken long, but I can't bring myself to cut them because the gel manicure still looks perfect, and it still makes me happy to look at them. Eep!
