They didn't both to spray anything on them to help loosen just busted them. Saying that's all they could do. They tried to take the one center off by trying to loosen a fake lug. I was in an accident and contacted Lockman's based on a referral from another repair place and a insurance company. Because Lockman's has a tow truck, I contacted them before I heard from the insurance company. They were understanding and allowed my car to sit there for two days before the insurance company contacted them. Lockman's warned that repairs could take 10 days, they texted me the progress, returned calls and allowed hubby to stop by. When I picked up my car, the tires were clean, shiny and inside was detailed. Being in an accident is a scary thing, and Lockman's made it a bit easier by communicating with the insurance companies.
