Donuts bleeds through the recyclable bags
    Karis L.

Craving donuts!!! We decided to hide out here before boo boo kitty had to be at work. I usually love their donuts but I've learned that, after 4pm that they didn't have a fresh selection of donuts and that, the donuts were stale tasting. Probably won't stop here in the evening anymore!!! I've personally, have had better tasting donuts from Bosa during the daytime when, the case is full of freshness. In any case, although the cashier appeared to be a nice human, I wasn't a fan of the (employee, owner, cashier) rule...as this human must have been the owner, I hope!! If this human wasn't the owner, she definitely had stock in the place because, she wouldn't provide a box for a few donuts "to-go" without charging .75 for a box. The bags are hideous for donuts to be placed in, as they bleed through the bags. Smh I'm not blaming her as an employee ( unless, she's the owner ) for providing Horrible quality bags and having the ordesity to charge for a box! Had the box been .10 maybe it would've made sense, as it was the principal...but .75 for a box to place donuts in... that, we're purchasing from here, is horrible customer service. Here's a thought: switch to boxes for orders of 2 or more donuts like your competitors located across the street! Shame on Bosa for taking advantage of customers! This isn't California where they charge for bags, this is Arizona!!! Come on humans... we're spending money in here, and we can't have a box to put our donuts to go in? Horrible! Clearly, you should at least provide proper packaging for the product that you sell. See photo of one of the donuts being ruined. I ate the others on the way to dindin because, I was too hungry to toss em. In anycase, this was bad juju!! We really love the competition across the street but unfortunately, their hours of operation are not in line with our busy work schedules.

So so amazing. Everything was great and fresh. Fast and friendly service. I would eat here every single day.

Placed an order through "yelp". I ordered a dozen donuts for my co-workers at this location & donut had a hair in it. Although, it was not my fault it was embarrassing & disgusting. Called them and a young girl answered, her attitude was very rude & unpleasant. She answered asking how I made the online order, didn't even apologize. I told her it was through yelp, she said they don't take orders through yelp. It's either DoorDash, grubhub, uber eats. I explain to her that I placed my order through yelp & picked it up a couple hours ago. (As I pulled up my emails with the confirmation order) She asked what time the order was placed and insisted there was no order, so I asked her if she could search the order with my name and my info. So she did, & she said there was still no order placed. I let her know that I'll stop in person. I go right after work, I show her the email co formation & she magically finds my order. All just to ask me for a pic (thankfully my coworker did take a pic & send it to me) just to take a picture of the picture & tell me it was ordered through grubhub & if I want any kind of refund I'll need to go through them. #1 So unprofessional with such a stinky attitude! #2 Such a was of my time especially on a Friday after a long shift at work! If I ordered online you should have told me that I would have to go through the merchant & that you couldn't do anything from the beginning!!!!! And MOST IMPORTANTLY WHERES THE HAIR NETS??????? Disgusting, will never go back to BOSA OVERALL!!! I am normally not one to leave reviewed or make a "big deal" but the whole interaction was so disturbing. I wish I would have got the employees name! I know she knows who she is by this pic!

We heard about Bosa Donuts and decided to order some in the morning. It was after 9:15am and there were a lot of cars waiting in line for the drive-thru. The menu outside was a little bit faded and could be hard to read for some especially since it was packed full of what to order. We ordered a dozen donuts which was 6 glazed, 2 vanilla sprinkles, 2 chocolate sprinkles, and 2 chocolate long johns. We also ordered a dozen donut holes to try out. All of the donuts and donut holes tasted good. This particular location was run down though. Overall, Bosa Donuts was not bad and I would come back in the future for donuts.

Best donuts in the area. Freshly made daily. Quick service for walk ins. Unlike the national chains the donuts have not shrunk

We got morning bun and banana bread and they were so good, not too sweet, the morning bun was so flaky and good amount of cinnamon, my husband didn't like banana at all but he turned out really liked the banana bread. I tried their pistachio cold foam latte with half sweet, and it was so good, the cold foam was light and airy, the syrup didn't overpower the taste of coffee. I usually don't drink sweet coffee, just like original hot latte, but I love pistachio so had to tried this, and it was really good. My husband got the hot latte and it was even better. They have for here cups which is something I've noticed not a lot of coffee shops around the area carry anymore so that was awesome. The Moroccan latte was a HIT. Everyone was obsessed with this one, we also added pistachio cold foam on top. For the Moroccan we asked for it to be half sweet and it was still pretty sweet so be aware that this one is for the sweet tooth. The pistachio latte was delicious as well. The lemon poppy seed matcha was really good as a matcha, meaning the matcha was delcious and easy to ddrink. Not a lot of lemon flavor in it tho but the quality was good so no complaints. Their pastry selection is lacking however, this might be because we came a little later in the day but there was not a lot of options. The lemon scone was delicous but the raspberry key lime cupcake was far too sweet. However, this was an awesome shop and I would highly recommend it.

I may sound like a broken record, but yes, they were wonderful. It is NOT a boba tea shop; it was, but no longer. Incidentally, if you come the "back" way, entering off Warner vs Dobson, the signage on the back side still says Ni Hao. :-) Since we've already visited them three times, I think it's pretty clear we would highly recommend their teas.

The croffles are also great. Some other cafes bog down their croffles with toppings and sugar, but here they put just the right amount. They're not cloyingly sweet. I highly recommend getting the sugar on the regular croffle. It caramelizes and adds a pretty sheen and crunch without taking away from the croissant base. It is very clean and quiet inside during less busy hours. TeaMakers has a medium-small amount of seating featuring both hard table tops and a comfy couch sitting area. With their current setup, you can fit a group of up to 4 at their biggest tables. TeaMakers & Company excels in everything already despite being so newly opened. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the coffee is smooth and enjoyable. My biggest concern is the pricing. Only the regular-size drink prices are displayed, so ordering a larger size can come as an unpleasant surprise. Paying over $8.50 for a 20 oz pour-over coffee feels excessive. Another issue is the limited restroom capacity. There is only one bathroom, and wait times can sometimes be quite long, especially during busy periods. The shop also struggles during the summer months. The air conditioning doesn't seem capable of keeping the space comfortable, and it can become uncomfortably hot inside. I appreciate supporting local businesses and enjoy the coffee and customer service, but the high prices, lack of transparent sizing costs, restroom limitations, and uncomfortable indoor temperatures make it difficult to justify visiting as often as I'd like.
