I couldn't confirm my order through the app, and I struggle to connect even at the Walmart next door. I was told by a manager the app would refund me, but I never received it. Calm words were spoken on both sides, though I'll admit openly we both could have handled ourselves better. You don't have to raise your voice to be rude, and I do feel I was rude while she was frustrated because so many people had my same issue. I also understand that some people feel entitled to free food. I also see it from my perspective where I paid for my food and just want what I paid for. I left the store disappointed, and initially rated this location one star. I emailed customer service through the app, and corporate reached out to me while this location reached out as well. I would like to thank Jessica for hearing me out and resolving the issue in a fair and timely manner.
