    What a great bunch of people here. Reggie was the most professional and customer friendly sales person I have met through my entire time of looking to make a new car purchase. My wife was really wanting a Kia Soul, I was skeptical. We took the '21 Soul for a test drive and I was impressed. Then the way all our questions and concerns were addressed, I was sold. Set a time for the following morning to pick up the car but it was slightly delayed as the lead detailer noticed a couple small items he was not happy with so he took care of it immediately. All I can say is my wife and I are extremely happy with both the vehicle and the professionalism of all the staff at Bozak! You know the saying "Happy wife, happy life", we will recommend Bozak Kia in Burns Harbor, IN to all our friends and family! Just ask for Reggie when you get there and relax knowing you will be in good hands!!!

    I went into Bozack after seeing a Chevy Cruise I liked on Cars.com. I was shopping for a car after being in a bad accident where my car was totaled. It was so sudden and I had no money saved. When I arrived at Bozack I was greeted by Albert. He could noticed quickly that I wasn't as excited as should be when car shopping. He asked what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. He pulled up cars.com website and told me the cruise was still on the lot. He punched so figures and told me he was going to give my information to Scott in finance. While Scott did his process we went for a test ride and I really liked the drive. When we arrived back Albert made some copies then went to talk to Scott. Albert returned with awesome news that I'd be driving the Cruze home. I was instantly relieved. I'd suggest here to my family and friends for sure.

    The service department will make up anything to charge you thousands! It happen to us twice. I will never go back there.

    06/17/26- I bought a 2025 Chevy Malibu car from the…read moredealership in early 2025 and less than a week later, it "Reduced Power" in the middle of the highway and almost shut down. They have had my car five times and it could've been longer, but the check engine light had to remain on for them to agree to work on it, so they weren't able to. It has been over a year later and the same errors and issues still exist. They claim that GM Engineers were looking at it each time, and they don't know what the issue is. Last time they kept it for two weeks and they didn't know how to fix it and stated when it happens again, to take it in. They have it again now for over a month and still they don't know what the issues are. I had to wait over 3 weeks for them to give me a courtesy vehicle and that's only because I called corporate office. It has been a month and they still aren't aware of what the issues are and still haven't from them. THIS IS A LEMON SINCE DAY ONE. Corporate rep said that they didn't want to have to eat the cost. But why should I and pay for a car that they have and doesn't work will I transport kids in the car. THIS IS A DEATH TRAP! They do not communicate at this dealership. You will get passed around and "handled". This dealership should have zero stars if I could. *********************************************************** **CAR "FIXED" AGAIN ON THIS WEEK AND STILL NO RESOLUTION** 07/10/26 UPDATED...... THEY WILL SELL YOU A LEMON WITH NO CONCONSCIOUS! They will fix your car and tell you they cannot guarantee that it's fixed and tell you that you are crazy for driving a car they just fixed just like the Service Manager MARTY did on this week. AS HE YELLED AT ME AND MY FRIEND ALONG WITH IT BEING RECORDED ON THE PHONE OF GM CORPORATE OFFICE. I have been having tremendous issues with getting this 2025 Malibu rectified so it doesn't kill anyone while driving it. They will claim their GM Engineers have fixed it and promise you Goodwill payments but then take it back and said I need to contact GM Corporate Office. They had my car for a month and a half and same day of fixing it, it went back to the same. Now it's been over a year, and they told me that they can't give me a loaner, I have to wait a week to fix it, and they said if they were me then I should trade it in even if I may have to pay extra. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT ON THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM ALONG WITH EVERYTHING THAT HAS HAPPENED OVER A YEAR!

Beyond frustrating and the response I received highlights a bit of incompetence on a few different areas (customer service and parts ordering / management). I asked the service lead, "Who at the business can I talk to in order to share my concerns with and most importantly stop the endless loop of part issues? As a quick reminder all the parts were supposed to arrive May 7th and today is June 3. There is an obvious breakdown / gap in the way things are being done today." The response I received was, "No one here. All we can do is submit the order and wait for it to come in. Once it gets here and the Tech starts installing, we won't know if anything is incorrect until installation starts and a part doesn't fit, which is what happened in your case. We have no control over how fast or slow parts show up. and most importantly, if we order something and they don't show up, there is literally nothing we can do about that except order it again and wait."

    My dad and I drove down from the Kalamazoo area (Michigan) to check out a used Tacoma. The drive…read morewas a little over 1.5 hours there, and I spent around 30-40 min extensively examining bushings and frame rust etc. All OEM suspension parts, no leaks. It looked great, and drove well. 4hi, 4lo both engaged immediately. No weird noises. Very promising. My dad was looking to trade in his SUV. When they talked numbers Mike was unwilling to negotiate on both the Tacoma price and the trade in price, he misquoted the Tacoma price as being $1000+ more than it was posted to be online, and he tacked on around 3000 dollars of extra fees. This might be common practice in sales, I'm not sure. I know about fixing cars, not buying them. At one point Mike mentioned that the dealership's mechanic might be interested in the truck. My dad was unwilling to sell at the stated trade in value, and we left for under 5 minutes before returning to buy the truck without doing a trade in. In the short time that we were gone Mike sold the truck to the shop mechanic, and my dad was unable to even accept Mike's firm and steep offer; something he was prepared to do given the quality of the truck and the length of the drive out and back. Earlier in the day my dad had called in to make sure that the truck was still available. I have a suspicion that the mechanic caught wind that we were looking at the truck later, and asked Mike not to budge on the truck in order to buy it himself. The idea of Mike allowing my Dad to drive over 3 hours round trip knowing full well that he was going to stonewall him and ultimately sell to the mechanic is disgusting, and is shady business practice. I cannot say that this is what happened, but what I can say is that my dad called ahead to ask about the truck, he was given a low offer for the trade in, a high price for the truck, Mike was unwilling to negotiate, and then within 5 minutes of leaving and returning Mike had sold the truck to the shop mechanic.
