The prices are slightly higher than other tailors, but I thought in terms of "value" vs. absolute "price." Nothing feels better than wearing tailored or custom clothes.

The guy in charge Zeke was incredibly rude and wouldn't give me my full refund even though they made the dress too small and unwearable. When I dropped it off with the pins on, it came off super easily. The day of pickup, I didn't hear anything so I called at 2pm. They said the dress wasn't ready and I needed to come between 5pm and 5:30pm. At pickup, I couldn't get it off and it had to be ripped from my body with help from someone working there. I'm going to the wedding alone so can't wear a dress I will be stuck in. He said he could fix it but not now because they were closing so it won't be ready until 9am the next day and my flight is at 7am. Keep in mind, they wouldn't let me pick the dress up before 5pm. I literally paid extra to have it be done today and he won't even give me money back because he "did what I asked him to". I said "so you don't care that the dress doesn't fit me then" and he straight up said "No". They don't provide a good service at all and admit to your face they don't care.

Sam took the original dress and essentially re-made into a different dress that fit my vision, which was not easy by any means. The dress didn't entirely fit as well and I was very nervous I made a mistake buying the dress. Sam is extremely detail-orientated, and wants everything for his clients to be perfect.
