The tortelli's texture was perfection and again, that sage really helped elevate the dish. *Panna cotta with figs, vincotto, and hazelnuts: Had a wonderful texture and that fig sauce was heavenly. There was a top layer that was very thick and creamy, which was what made the tiramisu delicious in my opinion.
