    Lumberjack + bread
    Leo L.

This was nearby our hotel in the Centrale area. It came recommended by the hotel staff checking us in. It was closed Christmas Day but luckily we got to try it the next night. We came around 7:15 and were able to get seated right away. I suppose that's early-ish for dinner in Italy. The menu is via QR code on the table and available in various languages. We each got a bowl of pasta: Lumberjack (which is a provolone cheese sauce with mushrooms), the Carbofunghi (which is like carbonara plus mushrooms, and good ol' ragu, which the kids have been enjoying. The pastas were all very delicious. I love that every pasta dish I've had here is consistently cooked perfectly al dente. We also got a slice of tiramisu but was too full so go it for takeout . Had it back at the hotel and it was delicious as well. Quite light and airy in fact. If you're in the area, I definitely would recommend.

Was recommended to come here for fresh pasta. To start the place is cute and you order your own food! The carbonara was not good at all! Barely warm and the flavor taste as its from a jar. Definitely not homemade food More the McDonalds of pasta. I grew up in a italian house and this would not be served! The staff was friendly

Miscusi is a good pasta joint but I wouldn't say it is the best. It is a casual pasta spot that you order via online and they bring everything out to you. You can customize your pasta or choose one of their traditional ones. To start you can get a bread basket. For lunch, I ordered a custom made pasta with rigatoni pasta with pesto genovese sauce topped with some burrata. The rigatoni was a little too al dente and on the harder side. The pesto sauce was underwhelming to my liking. The entire pasta was mid. I also got carbonara and subbed the spaghetti noodles for tagiatelle. I enjoyed this one much better. With my spritz I think we paid a little over $30. Miscusi is very affordable just not sure if it is the best. I would come back and try other stuff though.

You get off the train, hungry, tired, a little wired -- and find this place. Miscusi does not try to reinvent the wheel. Fresh pasta, cooked right, house wine that does not overpromise. It is the kind of spot where you can catch your breath, talk nonsense with friends, and feel like a human being again. No theatrics. Just a plate, a pour, and a bit of peace.

First meal in Milan, Italy. I feel like this is a modern Italian fast food joint. Can't really beat the prices and servers are nice and quick. However food is really mid, and pastas are really hard. Sauces are really bland and not enough for the amount of pasta. We had to order more burrata cheese for one of our dishes, costing us 8 euros and destroying the price advantage of this place. At least the bruschetta and gelato was OK. Definitely don't recommend coming here if you have limited time in Milan and want to experience the food. Inside is chill and reminds me of a casual diner.

This place is convenient, near the train station. The decor is nice but the food is mediocre

This place was super fun to eat at! The price is also pretty good for gourmet pasta. The sauce is amazing, tho the pasta would have tasted better if it was cooked for a little bit longer You order through your phone, the app is beautiful and you get to mix and match your own pasta. They also have drinks and small plates to start with Pretty chill environment for coworker meet ups or friends. We got a seat walking in but it can get fairly crowded quickly

Love the menu here and the ability to create your own pasta dish. The food was very good and the wine was as well. The prices were very reasonable, 85 euros for a party of 4 with appetizers, dinner and wine. Another great part was you could place your order directly to the kitchen so if you're a person that makes modifications you can control the order. Would definitely recommend!

First stop in Italy and wanted a quick bite. Knowing this is a chain restaurant we weren't expecting much. Order on your phone for tableside service. Portions were good. Food was good but nothing amazing. Service was friendly and TMisu was like cake pudding, which I kind of enjoyed. I'd go back in a pinch. We did notice that our portions and bread seemed a bit smaller and not as high level as some of the nationals. Maybe it's our imagination but we had a good time anyway.

    Spelt pasta

Tasty food with good service. A great place to go for first night in Milan. I especially enjoyed the spelt pasta.

Miscusi is a simple spot that serves pasta right. The tagliatelle al ragu was excellent, the ragu was flavour and light and the pasta was cooked to a perfect al dente. The burrata starter was fresh and delicious, we had to ask for more bread to finish every last bit. Our server was nice and attentive. Overall a great experience for a no fuss meal in Milan.

The pistachio cream was life changing, both pasta dishes we ate were great, and the torta Della Nonna was delicious.
