They also have other options that are good too.. the steaks are delicious and the pork chops.. even their wonton soup.. The best breakfast I've had in the high desert!! Cozy atmosphere, warm service and great food at a good value. They have both Thai food & American diner-style cuisine. We had the beef hash breakfast with biscuit & gravy, egg sandwich with spam, and waffle with strawberries & cream. Everything was so good!! The hashed potatoes were nice and crispy. Nothing was over-salted. And the Belgian waffle was the best I've had in a long time. The Asian dumplings were outstanding, too! Can't wait to go back and try the black sticky rice. Finally tried Bosco's. The food is very very good. Fried cod was crispy and flavorful. The Cole slaw is bomb! The fried rice was fluffy and tasty. I wish they had soy sauce at the tables. My cod fish meal came with a side of wonton soup which was really good. The pot roast was really good. Needed a little salt but perfect after that. Wish it had potatoes and not just carrots. The pancake, eggs and bacon/sausage breakfast is good. The lid on the syrup was not on all the way so it poured all over the plate. We didn't say anything tho. The Thai tea is ok, I've had better. The restaurant is very small and seating is very limited and crowded. It can use a little updating. I'm definitely coming back to try other items on the menu. The customer service is excellent! Finally was able to try Bosco's since being on my list the last 2yrs & it did not disappoint. Arrived at 10am when the Asian menu is available & to no surprise service & food was as good as the reviews I've read previously. We started with an order of Thai Tea not realizing the large cup it's served in, that made me happy! The chicken curry, sweet & sour shrimp, & bbq pork fried rice were served hot & fresh & in generous portion. They have a large menu with something for everyone to try. We will definitely be back. As much as I wanted to like this place because of the good reviews, I'm sorry but I didn't like it at all. We got onion rings which just had too much grease coming down (didnt get the best picture) . Pork fried rice also had a weird taste my husband actually had to throw it up. I got chicken teriyaki bowl and idk why it looked like a soup and the taste just not it. This is a perfect hidden gem in the High Desert. Whether you want breakfast or lunch, it's rare to find breakfast and if you want chicken fried rice, Thai.... it's also an option! My husband and I both opted for the spam and fried egg sandwiches, which were Good/Great/Excellent! It really did taste like something I could just pop into a family kitchen and enjoy. The wonton soup was excellent and didn't need any other additions. The onion rings were good and different in that the crispiness was different than what you would get at other places. ..We did go home with chicken fried rice and wonton soup - which ended up being dinner. This was a good test of: I want something different, what's available Sunday? We thought we wanted just bacon and eggs, what we ended up with was far better. This is a would do again! P.S. The food was priced reasonably and good. The biscuits and gravy are delicious. I ordered an avocado and cheese omelet it was good and it had a lot of avocado delicious. The cheese I chose was not ideal I picked American and literally it was Kraft so it did not work with the omelet. Coffe good also the home patatoes were very good nice crisp and well cooked. I also had a 3 egg skillet it was very generous lots of potatoes the meat I chose was bacon, sausage, ham it had enough. The service was excellent, quick attentive and very knowledgeable, kept asking how everything was and kept coffe cup filled. Jenny, Jenny... she is "The BOMB"! 1st time here, we ordered everything Thai. The Mango Sticky Rice is the best I have ever had. We enjoyed the Thai Red Chicken Curry, Pepper Steak with Onions, and Shrimp Pad Thai. But the stars of the visit for us were the Mango Sticky Rice and Thai Tea. Kept seeing Facebook posts about this place and wanted to try it but wasn't really impressed. Not dirty but kind of old and dingy inside. Food was okay but nothing special.
