We walked in at 7pm, 1 hour before closing and the owner refused to serve us. He had another group of individuals sitting down eating and he said they sold out of food and they are closed. I told him no you are refusing to serve us. It's an extremely bad area and I do not recommend going here at all.

The person who looked like the owner charged an extra $3 for asking for more hot soup without telling us in advance, and he treated us very rudely, which made me feel very uncomfortable and upset. The facts are: 1. There were two of us, and we ordered one large rare steak pho and one pork chop. 1 menu per person. 2. I asked for an extra bowl so I could share some of my large pho with my husband. 2. After sharing a little, I realized the soup was not hot enough to cook the rare steak properly. 3. I asked for extra hot soup because the meat was still undercooked. 4. When I paid, I saw an extra $3 charge so asked what it was for, he said, "For extra soup. You guys shared the pho so~~~" I still paid the full amount but left $0 tip. Whether we shared or not, I ordered a large pho, and the soup was not hot enough to begin with. He treated us like people who try to avoid ordering one dish per person, and his attitude was very rude and disrespectful. I will never return here, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This is a great pho spot especially for the high desert! It's a go to spot if you're craving pho. Their spring rolls are good too. I see people complaining about customer service but it's not that bad. It's a Vietnamese restaurant and it's expected to have different service. I think people are making a big deal about it when it's not.

one of the best pho restaurants in high desert vietnamese coffee 10/10 too, you get a nice mix of coffee and sweetness their pork plate i would get it again the ambiance is calm and family friendly but good spot to either come by yourself to eat or with friends service is pretty standard, the food doesn't come out too fast but you are not waiting super duper long either this place has been around pretty long, and it deserves to be bc they have pretty good viet food in this location

On a cold day/winter time this place gets packed. But today got a table right away , the service is always fast I always get the same thing (pictured) the spring rolls are always good too! This is the best pho spot.

I see where people may think they are rude but they were not to me, they were very accommodating and made amazing pho!!! Close at 7:30pm not 8pm though.

The phó broth was delicious. This was an amazing experience of noodles and broth and omg deliciousness! I ordered pho with no meat. My son got a kids pho which was a perfect portion. The one star less because of the language barrier. The menu was hard to for me to decipher. I had questions but couldn't get answers and I didn't order anything else due to the confusion. With my shellfish allergy I always worry if I could be affected if the staff can't understand what I'm saying.

Their pork and shrimp spring rolls are soo good but only if you eat them there. I've ordered for dine in and take out and take out just doesn't taste the same. Even tho the spring rolls are delicious, the low rating is due to poor customer service and just being plain rude! The guy that works there must despise his job because he is never happy, hella rude and his energy is always off putting. I'll take my money somewhere else.

Delectable meal. Of the highest earthly quality, fresh from the wombs of Da Nang. The expertise on…read morethe Pho is beyond incredible. The aroma, the texture, the broth brimming with flavor, the added toppings, all formed the concrete masterpiece of a Pho. But let's get into depth, because the paragraph above did not display the true depth of it's greatness. Let's say your friend recommended you a Vietnamese restaurant. You tried a few prior but most of them were mediocre. So you were hesitant but decided to give it a try. When you went up to the entrance, you took a half-a-second peek. The entire restaurant was clean like the slate of a canvas. Once you stepped inside, your nostrils embraced the fresh smell. Even before you could have the opportunity to take a good in-depth look around, that smell made you know everything. You knew it was going to be clean and sparkly, hygienic and orderly. You knew it was going to be a refreshing spot, and you were right! And afterwards, recovering from the intense first impression, you were greeted with welcoming staff, guided to a shiny wooden table, seated on a comfortable chair, and had the ability to choose from a menu filled with variety of meals worth slobbering your tongues over for. You looked at the menu, drool escaping your mouth, frothing perhaps? Whatever, what was important was that you saw utopia. The meals displayed as mere pictures and words already gave you a preview of near future delight, that increment, that sample was almost enough to satisfy the chimeras of your imagination, apart from the actual consumption of-course. Once you ordered, the pearly smile of the waiter inspired hope, like a promise your wishes were to be fulfilled, and there, you dallied with the scenarios. You dallied with how you would greet your meal, that good good Pho... how you would approach it, shake it's hand with the tips of your chopsticks, and slurp it up. You fiddled with your thoughts for quite some time! But suddenly, there! Here she was walking towards you, the same waiter. After 10 minutes of anticipation, the relentless tapping of the leg excited for it's treat, you finally received it. Boxed into a clean bowl, you got to whiff the contents. You prepared your sticks, and dived right into it! Headfirst! The long noodles were whirled into your mouth, you could feel the slimy texture. The smell of the broth, the taste of the broth, the pork, the toppings, the little onions, it was heaven on earth and you witnessed it first hand! After a while, you finished the bowl. You devoured the last pieces, and poured the rest of the broth into your mouth. You took a napkin and wiped your pho-broth-smothered lips and gave a "whoo!" expressing your content. You paid the bill and gave a 15$ tip and walked slowly out the restaurant, taking your time just to slowly hug the smell of your beloved diner, as if it was goodbye. Your hands reached the door handle, a tear welled up in your eye as you gave a quick look back. There was the waiter, there was your ex-table, there was the rest of the smiling staff and the enjoying guests. You mouthed "farewell" and took a step back into the real world, free from the dreams of cuisine. "Will I ever get to see you again?" You heard yourself utter. That was my experience. As you can see. Thank you for everything To Pho.

We ordered a couple of spring rolls, stir-fried chicken pho, and shaking beef with steamed rice. The portion of the stir-fried pho was larger than the shaking beef dish. The noodles in the stir-fried pho were a little chewy, but I loved the bean sprouts, celery, and onions that came with it. It was a little saucy, which was great. The shaking beef dish didn't use any special cut of beef. They also didn't ask how we wanted the beef cooked; it came out well-done. There weren't enough bell peppers in the dish either. We will come back soon to try their pho broth.

We didn't try their Pho at the time, but we'll definitely be back to try it later. Our focus was on the boba drink LOL. We ordered 1 Original Milk Tea + boba, 1 Sea Cream Vietnamese Coffee w/ no boba, and 1 Peach Oolong Tea + lychee jelly (+$1.00 for extra topping). It's cute how their receipt says "Tealicious" similar to their business name "Pho-licious". Please note they will charge extra for no ice (this is a first I've heard of this, but hey, every business is different in handling the no ice dilemma LOL)... I'm assuming they will fill the drink up to the top especially if they are going to charge you for no ice. It's basically the same thing when boba shops take off 2 inches from the top of your drink when you ask for no ice and doesn't charge you extra for it. Best to ask for easy ice... they won't charge you extra for easy ice... thank goodness! All three boba drinks were good except for the Sea Cream Vietnamese Coffee... it was too strong for me and it doesn't beat Lee Sandwiches Vietnamese Iced Coffee. Staff was nice and pleasant. Prices were okay... nothing too outrageous. We'll be back to try their noodle soups and other drinks. Just grateful they exist for us to enjoy. So give them a try when you're in the high desert TMOVV food court vicinity! Happy Pholicious'ing and Tealicious'ing! LOL
