The manager emailed me regarding my previous review and she's very nice giving me 2 complimentary dishes. Actually I have never expected any response from my review because I just flex to ease the feeling of disappointment. Anyway, I went today to avail the complimentary dishes and of course to see how the server react this time. A different server took my order and she was very nice. While she's taking my order the lady who I had issue with came and tried to help out the server on how to put in the complimentary dishes. She was calmer this time but never look at me or showed any signs that she was sorry .she just completely ignored me. Anyway , she seemed change from how she was and hopefully it's for good. It's been years since my last visit. Do I regret coming back? Unequivocally yes. My first visit the restaurant felt dirty, the floors were greasy and thenPho was not that good. The appearance is very much improved but the Pho..... The worst I've had. All I tasted was salt and the vermicelli somehow was almost soggy. Let's not forget the rare beef. I always assumed this meat was mignon but there is not way. This meat was chewy and did not look at all like what I expected. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how the one lemon slice and two meager slices of jalapeno looked like they were prepared a day or two before. The basil was ok but also very stingy portion and I really needed it to combat the salty brine in the Pho. Chilli oil has to be requested. No umami just salt. I guess I'll try again in another 10 10 years... Or maybe not. The service was fine, it was just the food. Maybe they just are not good at making Pho. I had a very negative experience at this restaurant on January 9. I especially disliked the service. Since I work as a mechanic, I have to wear work clothes during lunch. Perhaps the cashier didn't like this, as she was so unfriendly and spoke with such disdain that it was clearly noticeable. The food was also served strangely. I ordered appetizer soup and dessert. They brought me dessert first, then I had to wait for the soup, and only after we finished the soup did they finally bring the appetizer. The quality of the food also leaves much to be desired. The pho had a very salty broth. The spoons they serve with the soup are straight and don't have hooks on the ends, so the soup constantly slips off, which is very inconvenient. The smoothie had such a short straw that I had to leave 1/3 of it in the glass. We were very disappointed with the service we received and the quality of the food we ordered. read more

The food there isn't bad, and the customer service used to be good. But for quite some time now the service has been horrendous. If one wants to place a phone order, good luck. They either don't answer, the call goes directly to voicemail, or they pick up the phone without saying anything and just put it aside, while you the caller sits there and listens to customers order inside the restaurant. They don't even have the courtesy to ask someone to hold or acknowledge the person on the phone, then completely forget about the call. Since then, the restaurant has been doing much better with their sauces, and our recent visits have been a positive experience. Sometimes I wake up in the dead of night with cold sweats - thinking of the Pho Sumo with extra beef balls and rare beef. The most tantalizing ingredient, however, is the essential spicy broth add-on. For what I spend on this exact order, every week and sometimes multiple times a week, I could honestly eat it 3 times a day, every day and still save money on groceries. More importantly, I don't think I would ever get tired of it, it's that good. I eat a lot of this Pho stuff, it is a much better option than almost everything else when I want to eat out or pickup in terms of health and the health of my wallet. I don't stick around for the service at a table, so can't comment on that and I don't need a lot of help at the register to justify anything worth critiquing. Give money, get food. Pretty straight forward and works every time. This place is just simply the best one out of every other Pho restaurant I've been to. Maybe it's the spicy broth. It's the spicy broth. Reviews in the Pho space will promise that other places are "the best" or claiming to have spent "years in Vietnam" while proclaiming their expert opinion qualifies professing their spot as the "real deal". We went here last week and that was a very long tiring day for my family and I and wanted to have some comfort food. My favorite spot when it comes to pho, hot and delicious! I also like the spring rolls, the rice and boba. The prices are affordable, and the customer service is good. Always delicious great service we love the hot pot, the pho rare beef and the kids love the bento box. Consistently good.

I really like their pho here but don't be fooled, no kobe beef here. The options for meat selection is limited and preselected. That's okay though, since the broth makes up for it. It is not too salty or watered down. I've been here a few times and the taste has been very consistent. I gave it 4/5 because the service is a bit odd for a sit down restaurant and you can't really customize anything. The way it works is, you have to stand in line, order your food, pay, find a place to sit and then they will bring your meal out. Right now, with COVID, the tables are spaced apart and any Togo order will be brought to your car. They are doing a good job practicing social distancing!
