This store has a decent selection of Bose stuff on sale. I was at this location the other day and wanted to check out their new Bose TV. The sales associate was uber excited to demo the product to me which was great. But somehow I got a feeling that he was being a bit preachy and snooty in trying to convince me to buy the 46 inch Bose TV for $5500. He got more animated at the end of his spiel, and even urged us to whip out my credit card so that he could schedule a delivery date for the TV. I don't know about the kind of people who shop at this store, but no I am NOT ready to whip out my credit card and charge $5500 for a product that I just had a demo for a few minutes. Granted the product had a certain wow factor to it but I do not think it was worth $5500! Also, I was at an electronics store and not some used car dealer and definitely did not warrant a "sign at the dotted line" kind of pressure selling tactics! Great company, good products, but not so good sales people! read more

I was happy to find them in the Factory Outlet store at a heavily discounted price. The store is very well organized and stocked with very friendly employees. As a diehard Bose fan, I can confidently say that this is the best store that I've visited. How diehard am I? Well, I've owned easily more than a dozen Bose systems and speakers over the past 25 years. Our recent experience in this store only strengthens my devotion to the brand. The manager, Mr. Sandhu, truly cares about the customer and the product. We came in on a Sunday, and he patiently demonstrated the newest Lifestyle systems for us without engaging in any high-pressure sales tactics. As we were about to leave the store, we noticed two Lifestyle systems on clearance: the SoundTouch 525 and 135. Honestly, this store has such a plethora of awesome stuff at great prices that we decided to go home and think about whether we should buy these, or other items. Of course, we broke down and decided to go for these systems, especially since they were so deeply discounted. The next morning (Monday,) I called Mr. Sandhu to inquire whether these items were still available, since I would be buying them. He graciously offered to reserve them all day until we showed up! And once we did, he gave us an additional discount, and overall was a pleasure to deal with. Our systems were expertly loaded into the car as well. I definitely plan on returning to purchase brackets, stands, and SoundTouch accessories and speakers. Mr. Sandhu is one of the finest managers around, which will be obvious to anyone visiting this store. read more

This Bose is located in the Leesburg Premium Outlets. It is very well stocked and has a nice selection of Bose merchandise. I went here to purchase a new sound system and I was greeted by a group of nice sales people. He was very informing and demoed a bunch of systems to fit my taste. He was excellent. The store is very inviting and very clean. Their are plenty of displays and demos. So, good products, friendly sales people, nice atmosphere, but they just didn't do that super special thing to achieve five stars. read more

We are a Bose family and I come to the Bose outlet often to get the latest and greatest gadget. My entire family purchased earbuds recently and I had a slight issue with mine. When I went back, Bryant took amazing care of me... he tried to debug any issues that there may be and when that didn't work he exchanged it with no questions. Awesome customer service. Excellent customer service!! The Bose team went out of their way to be helpful. I bought a new home Bose theater entertainment system to upgrade my older Bose system. I spoke with one of the sales persons over the phone and explained what I needed. They did the research and put the brackets aside for me. A couple of hours later I received a call back from the sales person letting me know that after doing additional research they found different brackets that would work and were considerably cheaper. I've never had a store employee go the extra mile by conducting additional research, and following up to save me money. The store manager also allowed me to trade out my new system receiver, that I had bought at another store, after receiver failed while trying to download a firmware upgrade. No questions asked. I can not say enough good things about this store and its employees. I highly recommend that you make the effort to visit this store if you are looking for a Bose product. read more

The store employees seemed fine however very dissapointed in the Cinemate GS ll product! Absolutely loved it after initial purchase! Worked great for 2 years and then all we get now is static. Called the support line and went through every problem solving activity we could think of. Then I am told that I have to spend $75-$100 to ship it back to get refurbished. Really?! The reason I saved up and purchased such an expensive system is so i don't have these continuing costs! Very disappointing! I went from being a "die-hard" Bose fan to someone who may never bu a Bose again. read more

I went into purchase a mini Bluetooth speaker for my fiancé. The sign said $129. Below it were @ a dozen speakers. However, they were new ones and were priced at $169. I spoke with the manager and said it was false advertising. His reply, "Sorry!" They lost my sale! read more
