I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. I made an appointment for myself and my two sons to get pedicures before our vacation. We were seated right away, but my sons ended up sitting in their chairs for quite a while before anyone started on them. During my pedicure, I asked three separate times for my ingrown toenails to be taken care of, but they were never addressed. One of my big toenails was broken, so I requested a simple overlay on both big toes so they would match. The technician refused to do the second toe, laughed at me when I asked why, and still never did it. Unfortunately, things only got worse when I moved on to my nails. I specifically asked for a dip manicure. The technician attempted one finger, then scraped it all off because he was applying the dip like regular acrylic and clearly didn't know the proper process. Instead of correcting it, he told me he would "just do acrylic." I explained that I wanted dip and said that they had the exact color of polish available that I had chosen in dip powder, but he refused. After going back and forth, I finally gave up and agreed to acrylic. Then, to make matters even more confusing, he told me to pick a different color. When I asked why I couldn't use the color I had originally selected, he ignored my question, tossed the color samples at me, and acted annoyed. From the beginning of the appointment, it felt like he was upset with me for simply asking for the services I had requested. The final result was terrible. My nails are thick and chunky, the polish is uneven and splotchy, there are bumps throughout, and several nails are crooked. The quality is far below what I would expect from a professional salon. Between the poor customer service, the refusal to perform requested services, and the low-quality workmanship, I left extremely disappointed. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this salon based on my experience. read more

Genuinely probably one of the best nail salons in the arlington/marysville area. I came in at 6:30 and asked if they had time to squeeze me in for a pedicure and they said of course. I felt super bad because I made them stay 30 mins past closing but they were still super nice, and understanding and held a conversation with no attitude which honestly would've been understandable. On top of that my pedi came out so cute. 100% would recommend :))) read more

was supposed to simply get a soak off and manicure, horrible service. i left in the middle of the soak off. it's like the man had an issue with doing my nails, weather it's because i'm black or he was just having a bad day, doesn't matter. he had an attitude anytime i told him the drill was too hot or when i said i wanted to keep them long, everything was an inconvenience i guess. ive never walked out in a service like that before but im glad i did because that was not worth the frustration i went through. no customer service skills at all. the man that rang me up was very apologetic which i appreciate but still doesn't fix/change anything. thank you for wasting my time. god bless read more

Made an appointment for me and the bestie at 3pm for pedis. Being an very prompt person, we arrive 15 minutes early, but of course we wait patiently. He is working on a set of nails but is still about 45 minutes from finishing. 330 rolls around and we start to consider just coming another day. We say we are leaving but he rushes to tell us he can start us now. He fills the bowls for the pedis, but then things get silly. My partners filter starts spitting water all over the floor. We of course let him know but he ignores us and continues the set of nails. Then my filter and the metal propeller fall off into the water. I again tell him and he ignores us. He is the only one working so we sit in these broken tubs for over 20 minutes. It's about 350pm. He finishes up the nails, then finally notices the water mess on the floor and my sharp metal propeller. He starts to rush the pedicures. Roughly pulling out ingrown that made me bleed. No lotion, no callous remover, no foot exfoliating. He moves to my partner where he pretty much does the same terrible job. He then uses the cuticle cutter from my friend, on me. He was nice, but this was hands down the worst experience and was over charged for this half assed job. I now currently have an infected toe from this salon. read more

I would like to state that I really liked the lady who did my nails she was super sweet & stayed 30 mins past closing to do my nails on Friday 06/07/19. My real nails were in bad shape so I got a set with hopes of doing 3-4 fills and letting my real nail grow out. Tuesday morning I noticed I had major lifting on 2 of my nails. Wednesday morning had changed to half of the nails having major lifting... I type all day and have had nails done for years even on damaged nails so this makes 0 sense to me. When I got dressed for the day yesterday my middle finger nail popped right off not even 10 minutes later my ring finger nail popped off. I am about to loose two more nails today. I hate that getting nails done is so expensive yet idk if it's the product used there or what but I'm pissed that I have to go get a new set elsewhere less than a week later. read more

Kim is incredibly kind and gracious which is in opposition to my previous experience at nail salons. I am a regular wax and mani-pedi customer and my brows look just as good as if I paid $$$$ at the brow bar and I always leave feeling super confident and happy. I got false nails here for a wedding (way too clumsy to maintain them) and Kim spent her time on them testing their strength and making them perfect. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! First of all let me start off my saying I work in customer service and I always give business the benifit of the doubt, BUT not this place. First I walked in and the greeting from the ladies was ice cold, not welcoming. Then, the lady that then did my nails flung my hands around and was careless. When detailing my nails she never even pushed back my cuticles or really file them. After she was "done" I went to wash my hand, I went to use the brushes next to the sink to clean them up and the sanitizer fluid was cloudy and dirty ( did I mention I was the first customer bc I went it when they opened) . The grand finale was when I looked under my nails, they were LIFTING. So when I told the lady she said they weren't when I could clearly see they were. Then after she was dont, the nails were uneven and the polish application was horrible.
