DO NOT COME HERE. I stopped here while on a cross-country road trip, hoping for a nice sit-down dinner. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. When I asked the waitress if they had any hard ciders, she just said, "No, but we have appetizers" not exactly helpful. It felt like the staff didn't really know the menu or what they were doing. The real issue was the wait. I ended up waiting an hour and a half for a single pizza, which I had to take to go because it took so long. First, we were told the delay was because there was only one chef. Then, they said they ran out of dough and had to make more. Later, they told us there was a mix-up and they had to remake our pizza. All of this while there were maybe eight other customers total in the whole restaurant. Between the long wait, the inconsistent explanations, and the unhelpful staff, I would not recommend this place. As a first timer online pictures looked good. When I got to pickup my online order I wasn't impressed the exterior, but the inside was much nicer. The my brief experience with the service left a bit to be desired, the host came back with my pizza and neither of my two appetizers. I asked about them and she promptly returned with them . I arrived at my hotel and none of the sauces were included, even the ones I paid extra for, my fault for not checking before I left the restaurant. This wasn't a pleasant experience. Hair in my food and it just didn't taste well in general. When I asked the waiter if they had steak they said "I don't know but we have pasta" like thanks I didn't ask that though. Overall not an amazing place to go. I recommend eating at the McDonald's read more

Called at 9:45 pm for delivery. Got a confirmation that pizza would be delivered at 10:45 pm. Called at 11:15 and was put on hold to see where my order was. They never got back to me. Called back again to see where order was they were waiting for driver to come back to the store to deliver it. It would have been at least another half hour. Pizza would have been cold so I had them cancel my order. Not a good look for first time ordering just drove 12 hours with family and now no dinner at hotel. read more

I don't typically write reviews, let alone bad ones. I'm so over lazy entitled staff. Just skip this place. The staff doesn't want to be there, it's obvious. The amount of times I heard the staff complain and just not do their job was ridiculous. The bathrooms were atrocious. Which makes me think the kitchen looked the same. There were only 6 tables in the whole place and I waited for an hour, after previously phoning in the order, while I watched 4 staff members wander around and try to hide. Having worked in restaurants, there was a million things to do in that place.. employees being paid to be there and do it, yet all of the staff seemed incompetent and could not be bothered. So the first night I came I left because quite honestly service was lacking. I sat for 15 minutes and no waiter came to even acknowledge me. However, I was staying in the hotel so I came the second day and sat at the bar. So glad I did I ordered the 3 piece broast chicken and Omg it was so delicious and cooked to perfection.
