The salesman, Scott, helped me through the entire process. He came to my house and measured and called me within a few days with an estimate. When I went into the showroom again, he had several samples picked out in my color range. He did not try to sell me the most expensive carpet or padding, but recommended a very nice quality. About three weeks later, it was installed. The two men who did the install were on time, very polite and respectful of my home. They did a fabulous job. They cleaned up nicely before they left and put everything back into place. I would highly recommend Carpet Concepts. A good friend recommended them to me and I am happy she did.

A representative arrived, on-time, with some samples. She provided an estimate immediately. Scheduling the service was also very easy. Work was completed in a timely manner and the space was left clean and complete. I also used their services a second time. Again, easy scheduling of an estimate. The rep brought carpet samples since I gave her an idea ahead of time. Note: for certain jobs you may be able to visit their showroom to look at remnants. We were given a price and the contract was signed that same day! The agent came the next week to measure her floor for the exact measurements and once Chris had the info he called back & the price did change by about $1k but still an excellent price! She put a deposit down when we first went there then paid the rest of invoice when they scheduled the installation. We don't know time frames for ordering products but it took over a month before she got another call to schedule the install. The installers came yesterday & were very professional & did a good job. They even matched up the molding coming into the kitchen & around cabinets and walls and it was perfect. It did take all day but overall great work and again the floor looks amazing.

I asked about underlayment and moisture barrier and Mike said they could lay tar paper. Jesse came to home he did measurements, we walked the floor, and I stated the direction(s) I would like the floor laid. Jesse subsequently sent me an estimate to sign and return so work could start. I needed more time for the money and a few months later we reconnected with modifications to the original estimate eliminating the moldings. All was fine so far. He then seemed concerned and wanted his installer to come out. The installer came out, Jesse was late, and the installer stated that plywood would need to be laid over my current hardwood floors before he would install and that the floor could not be installed in the direction(s) I previously outlined. Jesse finally arrived and I heard him, and the installer talk outside then they came inside, once again the installer doubled down. I clearly stated that I thought upselling was being done on the 11th hour. Jesse said "we don't have any of your money". He then said he did not hear anything about the tar paper. He was leaving and said he would discuss with Mike and get back with me. After a few days, I sent Jesse a text, no answer - the same for the next 5 days. It appears I have been ghosted by this company that obviously made a mistake and is not interested in working it out or my business. BEWARE OF BEING GHOSTED AND UPSELLING.
