Mexipino lumpia (birria lumpia?) - This was delicious and less messier to eat than a taco. It had the same great flavors. $15 for 4 pieces cut in half was steep but it did hit the spot at the event. 2. Cali drip - I was excited to try this. I'm a big fan of calamansi. Sadly, this disappointed me. It was all sugar and less tart. It reminded me of the sugary kool-aid my aunties and uncle's used to make. For both tacos, the meat is incredibly tender and flavorful. Although a bunch of sauces and garnishes are provided, the taco was good enough on its own. Of the sauces we received, my favorites to add was a squeeze of lime and the red sauce, which had a nice smokey Chipotle flavor and wasn't overly spicy. My friend ordered a quesadilla and it was absolutely massive! I definitely would only recommending ordering a quesadilla if you're sharing it, or if you're coming with a massive appetite. Overall, Tacos El Sazón Oaxaqueño was a nice gem we randomly stumbled upon while routing to In-N-Out for burgers. They have a great variety of salsas and toppings, including cucumbers, pickled cabbage, and other fresh additions, and you can help yourself.
