10pm on a Saturday

Phat generous portions! Baked potatoes and burritos as large as your head. You can split a burrito between two and a baked potato for a family of four. They do not skimp on the meat or cheese. Drinks are also tasty and homemade. Stand also comes with a hefty sauce bar. Fast and friendly. Late night cravings. Stop here for that curb appeal satisfaction.

I was a little put off with how much I paid for a burrito. It was $19 because I had half asada, half tripas, but I was hungry at midnight after traveling. Little did I know that this was probably the best burrito I had in this city. The only place worthy that is serving late night craving in the area. Highly recommended if you are hungry and need your Mexican food fix.

A friend from out of state ate here and always had good things to say. I went a few day ago and got asada plate with cheese, bacon, onions bell peppers etc. It was delicious!

Always incredible, generous portions of delicious flavorful food. A gem of Vallejo Love the papa rellena (stuffed potato) which they load up generously and serve with a stack of homemade tortillas.

Great food for late night eats. Just park ur car, walk up, huge menu, order. Get ur toppings in containers and sandwich baggies. Wait for order. Get order. Drive away. Do u get a lot in ur order? YES! Does it fill up your tummy? YES! Satisfaction exceeded? YES!

If you're a taco lover in Vallejo, Tacos el Sazón Oaxaqueño is a must-visit! I had the carne asada and pastor burritos and tacos, and every bite was incredible. The meat is juicy, tender, and seasoned perfectly. The flavors are rich and authentic, capturing that traditional Oaxacan flair. I honestly couldn't stop eatin, it's that good! The portions are generous, and the food is super fresh. This truck truly knows how to deliver on flavor and quality. As an expert taco eater, I can confidently say this is the best taco truck in Vallejo. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch taco experience! Service was excellent! Also their outdoor set up it's legit as it gets!

Probably the best quesadilla I ever had, soo delicious with all the toppings/sides. Parking is very limited. Cash or Zelle only. No bathrooms. Right across street from gas station. Could be a long wait to order and get the food, but so worth it. No where to eat, so We ended up eating on the hood of our car, makes the experience more enjoyable.

Pastor burrito

Pastor and rice were flavor packed. I like my food saltier than normal, but this is a bit too salty for me. Definitely go with the pastor. The carne asada was dry and tough and the cabeza was ok. Avoid parking in the same lot as the food truck, multiple people park behind you and there's no way out until each car behind you moves. It's a nightmare getting out. I came on a busy night so if it's not crowded, parking in there should be fine.

Al Pastor Tacos. The best Al Pastor I've had in a long time.

The best street tacos I have had, including my trips to Monterrey (MX), and Cda. de Mexico.

Al pastor tacos were on point, not too salty like a lot of other spots. Great condiments and tasty salsa selection.

I have to be honest, this truck was so disappointing. There is no shortage of taco trucks in the…read morearea so there is no reason for this one to be so bad. We gave it a shot because it was parked right inside the Fairgrounds for the Dinosaur Adventure event that went on last weekend. I should have yelped it first, but we went in blind, and now I regret it. We ordered 2 revuelta pupusas, the 3 taco plate, and the elote. First of all, their prices are insane. $7 for 1 pupusa? $15 for 3 tacos? $5 for elote kinda made sense but seriously, they didn't even execute that one right so still wasn't worth it. It seemed to be a one woman show, so I can excuse the wait time. Everyone knows pupusas can take about 15 min anyways so the wait didn't bother me. My elote was hot, but it barely had any cheese on it. All you could see was mayo, tajin, and a light sprinkle of cheese... I feel like the cheese is kinda what makes it so how are you gonna skimp on that. It was served on a plate, and then folded into foil so I guess that's nice but no. The cheese didn't just fall off on the plate, it just wasn't anywhere to be found :( The corn was sweet though, so I did enjoy it still but the elote mans would be ashamed to see how this one was served. The 3 taco plate only came with 1 salsa. Their mild is a green salsa that tasted like water. I had to ask for a spicy red one which just tasted like roasted pepper water/oil. I was not a fan. The chicken tacos were basically rotissierie chicken meat on a tortilla. No "asado" to be found anywhere. I'm an al pastor girly but this was the worst al pastor of my life. I didn't even finish it, it was that bad. The revueltas were the saving grace but even then.. they were mid. They were sooooo hot though, and had a decent amount of filling. The slaw paired with this was nice and tangy but again, the mild green salsa did nothing for the pupusa. I love when the cheese oozes out of pupusas and get all grilled up, nice and crispy. This pupusa wasn't giving all that lol It could have used a bit more salt/flavor but compared to everything else, it was good and the reason why I'm giving 2 stars. However, $7 for one pupusa is ridiculous. I understand inflation, but the food prices here do not match the food that is being served. The woman running the truck was nice though, so I do appreciate that and how hard she must be working if she's doing things alone. I just wouldn't ever come back.
