The social anxiety lords have answered our silent petition not to participate in the grueling task of attempting to navigate through the incessantly crowded traffic of Boston by providing us humble New Hampshirites the convenience that is known as the Boston Express. Seriously, this extremely rare form of New England mass transportation provides mental solace for those of us who would otherwise become quite rattled by heavy city traffic. No longer do I have to drive myself to the airport (or anywhere else in Boston, for that matter) when I could simply catch the bus. The bus itself comes equipped with a restroom in the back, plus complimentary WiFi. Although...the actually efficacy of the latter remains debatable. Most of the time, I just use the 5G that's available, since that often ends up being somehow faster than whatever lame ass WiFi they've got going on the bus. You purchase your tickets online where they also feature their entire bus route schedule and stops, which is pretty convenient. Prices are more than fair and they even offer various discounts for certain qualifying individuals (I.E. military, students, senior citizens, etc). Honestly, folks...this one's a no-brainer and I wish I had taken advantage of this option right from day one. For reference, I did the math comparison of using one of the Boston airport parking lots for, say...a week. I would have spent over $700 parking my own car! Compare that to the 40 bucks I spent for a one-way trip for 3 persons; one of whom got to ride for free because he's under 16. Noice! Oh, pro tip I discovered via pure dumb luck: if you're on a return flight and you're not sure if you'll make the next bus run, purchase a ticket for later than you think you'll need. You can still scan that ticket for an earlier bus ride if you happen to arrive sooner than anticipated. The reason this will work (usually) is because the bus tickets are not actually reservations for seats (this is why it pays to read the fine print at the bottom of the ticket). See, the bus rides are basically "first come, first serve". So, whilst you're still paying for the ride itself, there's nothing stopping you from getting on sooner than your reserved time. Just make sure the ticket is for the same day and the driver usually doesn't care. Needless to say, this will be my go-to method of getting to and from Boston airport from now on. Great option for transportation between New Hampshire and Boston. I needed to get back to Boston Logan airport for my Jet Blue flight back to Baltimore and found this service online. The bus is spacious and clean. There are outlets for charging electronic devices and there is a lot of room for luggage and big bags underneath the bus. I was staying at the Residence Inn Marriott in Nashua and there is a pick-up/drop-off location a few minutes away from the hotel. I had purchased tickets ahead of time and took a lyft over. Can purchase in person at the ticket counter (*it's half off for seniors 65 and older). Ticket was $18 one-way. After my stop in Nashua, the driver made one additional stop for pick-up and a lot of passengers got on there. Most didn't seem to have luggage and probably work in Boston. I would say give yourself plenty of time to get to your destination. The traffic going into Boston was horrible due to an accident inside the tunnel, but it seems like traffic is normally pretty hectic. The driver was very apologetic (not his fault though). I got on the 6:20 a.m bus and got to the airport around 9. My flight was at 11 and I had TSA pre-check so I was ok! I would look into this option again if I'm ever in the area. read more

I'm really glad there is a service like Boston Express. I come quite often to come visit my family from California. They all have family and busy lives so it's really hard for them to find time to bring me or always pick me up from the airport. This service is FANTASTIC! I have taken it for years from Tyngsboro to Logan airport. It has ALWAYS been on time and I have never dealt with a nasty customer service rep- they have all been kind and answer all my questions. Easy to purchase tickets online. Buses are clean and have decent legroom. Hope they add more buses soon-they had to cut down due to COVID. Price is VERY REASONABLE. ROUND TRIP costs about the same as 4 HOURS(not days) of parking at Logan! Don't waste your time & money driving to Logan- it's far more relaxing than driving, too. read more

Great bus service from the Exit 8 Park-and-Ride lot in Nashua, NH to South Station in Boston and then on to Boston's Logan Airport. It makes one stop in Tyngsboro, MA on the way there. This service is a subsidized by the state so a round trip to South Station costs $24. The buses are relatively new and they keep them clean. The drivers are skilled and properly licensed. The Exit 8 parking lot is heavily patrolled by the Nashua Police Department. There is free WiFi on the bus. If you drive to Boston for the day it will cost you more than $24 to park. read more

Pretty good internet for a bus and pretty good at being on time when there's not a blizzard, but not the most convenient schedule if you wanted to go into Boston for fun, as opposed to for work or something. Unreliable. I booked the 6.45 am bus from Nashua to South Station. The bus didn't show up, they said they couldn't locate the driver. Had to wait 45 minutes for the next bus. Nearly missed my flight. read more

I've been taking the Boston Express now for about 3 years, commuting from Nashua to Boston for law school. I have generally had a good experience with the bus company. The buses are usually quite clean and the seating is comfortable. They have a bathroom onboard and overhead storage for luggage. The drivers are all generally very nice and helpful. read more

Recently relocated in NH and used a similar bus service from Logan to NH on the Seacoast and was expecting similar service (hourly pick-ups from Logan). Not quite the case, I had just missed a bus and learned the next one was coming 2.5 hours later. I'll explore other options that provide more regular service to areas. read more

The ONLY negative is that unlike the MBTA and C&J bus, small animals in closed carriers are not permitted on the Concord Express! This really makes it difficult for those of us in NH, who need to fly with a pet, to get to Logan. This is a really unfortunate policy. read more

Omg, just had the best ride to Logan airport from Nashua ever. AL the bus driver is super nice and helpful, which I needed with my foggy head at an early hour. Very, very smooth ride. Drop me off right at the Jet Blue. Why would I ever drive or ask someone to bring me? This is the way to go. Just don't put your bag in the under bus storage, the Bus Driver Has To Do it. Took this bus to get from Nashua to Logan for a flight. It ran about 20 minutes late due to mechanical problems requiring swapping out the bus. The weather was quite cold at the time. We had left plenty of time to get to the airport so this wasn't a problem for us. Also, runs infrequently, every 90 minutes. So the schedule needs to work just right for you, including a little extra buffer. It was significantly cheaper than other options for getting to Logan from the Nashua area. You can park your car at some pickup spots as long as you need to (at the one we used requested you notify them only for stays longer than a week). Driver was friendly and helpful. After already having a vacation with a few bumps in the road (no pun intended), Boston Express had to be the cherry on top of a stressful vacation. My mother is in a wheelchair (which we made the company aware of ahead of time) but is able to get into the bus without the chair as it folds up and the disabled seats are right behind the driver. The driver himself was 20 minutes late and then it took him 15 minutes to load the wheelchair into the bus, despite the fact that we told him she didn't need that lift. He chose to ignore us and made her stay in her chair anyway. It then took over an hour to get to the terminal where we should have been able to wait awhile before having to get in line and wait to board the Greyhound that's located in the same building. Now, unfortunately for us, it wasn't Greyhounds fault we weren't there. I proceeded to the Boston Express counter where the receptionist was very rude and condescending about the situation and she also refused to get her manager so I could lodge then complaint with them. Because the driver ultimately made us 30 minutes late (and Greyhound couldn't hold the bus) we then had to pay an additional $60 to change the time for the next available bus. It screwed up our whole day because we had made arrangements to have a carriage ride around Central Park, which we had to also cancel, just so that we can have the slightest chance of making it to the airport in time so as not to miss our homebound plane ride. I'm very unhappy that I'm out more money because the bus driver can't bother to be on time. (I get that buses run late sometimes, but his lallygaging was ridiculous and rude to us and to the other passengers. read more
