I hate to leave a bad review but this was bad. The meat loaf was completely dry. The creamed spinach was all dried out, not creamy at all. The mashed potatoes were terrible, like dried, and crumbly. The cornbread was stale. Every single thing tasted old, and unappetizing. Right in the dumpster. I don't think raccoons would eat this unpalatable crap. I will never eat there again. This location is usually a lot better but on this day the food was horrible. Went through drive thru with my sister to grab lunch after we were visiting with our lawyer. The drive thru was empty so we got up to the window quickly but the service was so slow. Then we ordered our food- I got the special that is running the garlic chicken and the guy at the window to pay said they were out of the garlic sauce that was supposed to go on the garlic chicken, how is that possible and why are you advertising the garlic chicken if you don't actually have it? Got the food and had to leave since we both had to go back to our jobs. When I opened my platter the sweet potatoes were thick and cold and I could barely stomach the taste of them. They must've added the ones that were sitting all day- they weren't fresh and you can see just by the texture. I also had an issue with the mac and cheese- they were semi warm and tasted like cheese powder- they tasted so fake on this visit. This Boston Market now took over the building what used to be Pizza Hut. Therefore, the address on Yelp is incorrect. It is 477 Franklin Mill Cir instead. Inside looks neater and nicer compare to the old location because it is bigger in size now. However, I did miss the food displayed up front for you. Now it is hidden on the side where the drive thru window is. I can't say it is a very clean place, just average because floor was sticky and so was the high chair, dirty and sticky. You need a lot things to go right to even get food here. One-they have to be open, not always open as advertised Two- they have to actually have food. Last time we they had no turkey. And if you get there too soon after opening you have very limited options (guess they are not prepping before opening) Three- if you go into the store you need you phone to pull up the menu since the board is broken and the cashier doesn't know any of the item on the menu. I asked if they had a certain sandwich and he kept saying go through the drive thru to look at the menu. The food is no longer on display so you can no longer see what looks fresh before making your selections. The front door was locked with a master lock attached so you had to go in a side door (around dinner, not closing time). When I walked in, I greeted by a welcoming associate. Unfortunately the sides in the case looked like they had been sitting out all night. I ordered what I always get, 3 piece dark meal with mashed potatoes and corn. I also added on a side caesar salad. The chicken was terribly dry with the consistency of beef jerky and the salad was starting to brown. All of the edges of the lettuce were grossly going bad. The only thing I can ever count on is the corn bread, I have yet to have that be bad ( fingers crossed). Since is Thanksgiving I decided to give Boston market a try. Went to Philadelphia Mill location drive through, got turkey family meal for 3. At check out I ask for extra gravy which is charge for and ask the person TWICE is this everything in the bag, first time say yes then ask again give me a . Only to get home and find out I'm missing my pumpkin pie and extra gravy that I got charge for extra $3.50. This is the type of quality control coming from corporate store is a joke, small business do better then this. Me as one person not coming back don't matter to corporate, remember cancer kill. I was super impressed with this location. I normally go to the Boston Market in Willow Grove but was driving home from an event in Philly so I stopped here. The staff was really nice and the place was relatively clean, definitely updated. Both my friend and I ordered a meal since we had a BOGO deal. Our food was warm and delicious! The drinks were tasty too, they had a fairly large selection. They also had super clean bathrooms. Like really clean, which I was surprised at but very impressed. Overall this is a great location and if I'm ever in the area again I will be sure to stop here. Normally I'm hesitant to stop at a lot of chain restaurants near Philly as they tend to just be run down, but this was not the case. The location in the Franklin mills parking lot has to be the worst location. Ordered a sandwich, no sandwiches. No salads. Sides all dry. I got half a chicken. Sat down, I noticed I didn't have cornbread. Asked the woman she said they didn't have any. I asked why I wasn't told that when ordering? She said she forgot. This is horrible. If I could give a zero star rating I would. There management is poor and they are slow. It took us more than an hour to get four simple plates with chicken and two sides because they ran out of food during the dinner rush. We watched a lady take someone's order who just pulled into the drive through while we were still waiting for more than half an hour at that point. I'd give negative five stars if it were possible I just left this Boston Market location in Franklin Mills Mall parking lot 30 minutes ago. Ordered a quarter white with two sides. Sat down to eat and the chicken was not only room temperature, but chalky and extremely dry. So I walk back up and very nicely ask for a fresh piece of chicken. The guy turns to the women in charge and tells her that I'm asking for a replacement piece of white. The lady looks at me like I have three heads, with a smug look on her face, turns around and walks away. I then stand there for about three maybe four minutes, everyone totally ignoring me as they shove my plate out of their way. To top it off, the woman in charge looked back at me with obvious attitude at least four times. Ive worked in customer service and this has to be the absolute most ridiculous set of employees I've ever come across. Not only that but I spend about $2k a year at various Boston Market establishments due to my employment.
