We tried this pizza for the first time Saturday. we had the Boston Special. we stood at the counter to order while the lady working was on her cell phone....finally she took our order and went straight to the back of house to make the pizza without washing her hands. Secondly, when she brought the food to the table (still on phone) she didn't have silverware to give us so we went up to the counter to retrieve. Not a bad place to use as a second or third option when your favorite spots are busy or closed. The online riding option makes things a breeze but does lack some customization to the menu items. So I have gone to Boston Pizza several times and never had a problem until last night. I ordered a Chicken Cobb salad, I was hungry so I ate a good portion of it. Within not even 20 minutes I became violently sick and it only got worse and worse as time progressed. I was sick for 2.5 solid hours without let up!! I don't know if it was the chicken, the lettuce, the egg or the cheese, but something was bad about that salad. I was so sick I couldn't even call them and ended up putting myself to bed. We got a calzone and some Buffalo chicken fingers. We asked for "extra sauce on the side" which they took as "all sauce on the side". However that wasn't much of an issue. The fries were good too. The calzone was really good but too small. I got a personal one which was only 6in. I definitely need more than 6in in my life read more

One good thing that came out of this delivery is that my dog got to eat well (kind of) tonight. We were all immediately disappointed when we asked if they had included the chips in the delivery bag, and the delivery driver responded, "I don't know, you can check if you want." The chips were not in the bag, which has happened two or three times before. The meatballs were soggy, the pasta was burnt, and the portion was incredibly small for $8.99. This is usually my place for knowing I'm going to have a good never fail take out meal. In the past I gave them 5 stars. I was so disappointed this Friday when I went. So my bacon cheeseburger sub was fine. My sweet potato French fries were cold. I tried the bbq chicken pizza and first off, the crust wasn't even brown. It looked like it was just slapped together. I ate 1 piece it was horrible. I am a pizza critic!!! I saved the rest for my husband because he also loves pizza. He tried, but could only stomach 1 1/2 slices. Good restaurant, good food, but TERRIBLE service. Mess up orders a little too frequently for my taste. The last time was the final straw. We ordered late Halloween night. I asked for Chicken Broccoli alfredo, but they sent shrimp. I hate shrimp. "Too close to closing," they said. "Call tomorrow, and we'll replace it," they said. Great, that's fine. We call them up today, they don't deliver because half-starved me had zero other option but to pick off the shrimp and deal with the spaghetti. They couldn't deliver on their end, because I ate part of it. How about don't mess up the order in the first place or at least make it clear that I'm going to need to replace it with the messed up order? In retrospect makes sense, but I don't think straight when I'm hungry. In fact, I have even less common sense. "Oh, maybe you said the wrong thing, when you called them up?" Two witnesses in the house say otherwise. I wanna say I'll never order here again, but knowing me, they'll get the benefit of my doubt. Please, step it up, next time, people... One star only because zero is not an option. Went in and picked up a chicken brocolli alfredo pizza. The guy who helped did impress me with his appearance for someone handling food. (no hat, full beard, disgustingly dirty apron on and long sleeve dirty sweater full of food debris). I went back to the office and there was a giant piece of hair in it. Three strikes and you're out. This is one of the worst pizza places I've ever dealt with. Every time I call I'm put on hold. Every driver I've worked with has gotten lost. Every delivery has been a mess and I've never had an order completed correctly. First off, the ingredients are terrible. And apparently their ovens are broken. I've had chewy dough and undercooked pasta, two very simple things that should never happen at a place that claims to specialize in pizza. I've been sent calzones instead of pies and the other way around. I've had sandwiches that always come with toppings on the side. What is this, a make-your-own-sandwich station? No, I expect a little better service than that. To top it all off, the drivers will let you know if they don't think you've tipped them enough. Got a delivery order where 2/4 items were completely wrong, I had an email from the website where I had rung in the correct items and a kitchen slip from the restaurant with the wrong items, we got a chourico parm instead of chicken parm & a banana pepper and pineapple pizza instead of a pepperoni and pineapple pizza. I called the restaurant and after a long discussion where I could hear the person on the phone going back and forth with either the kitchen or the manager who was telling them the order was correct and we were wrong, we were going to have the items remade and just go pick them up (they told us 45 minutes to have the correct items delivered) when we opened the rest of the order and the last pizza we got was soggy and inedible and the mozzarella sticks had marina that was straight up water with a tomato chunk or two floating in it. At this point we just wanted a refund and they use a third party billing company for card orders on the website so they gave me a phone number for some random company that I've called 3 times now to attempt to get $55 back for food that literally all went into the garbage. They clearly don't give AF about the customer experience, I'm positive that making sure they can't process refunds directly is not by accident. NEVER EVER ordering from this place again after this experience, all I can hope for is that someday I actually get this refund since we wasted 2 hours of our lives before just ordering from a better pizza place that we went and picked up in 25 minutes. read more

Tonight I ordered and got fish and chips,worse mistake ever. 2 small pieces of fish,1 that wasn't cooked,it had clear cold areas and cloudy coldish areas,plus some soggy fries. I called asking for a new piece of fish,not a whole new meal,and I was 1st accused of lying.....what? Why would I lie about 1 piece of fish??? This was the second time I've ordered from this place, and it will be the last. The first time I ordered, it took forever to arrive, so it was no surprise that the food was cold. But to be bland on top of cold was very frustrating. This second time, I decided to keep the order small in order to avoid any delays. I ordered using the EAT24 app and due to a reset when I modified my order, it ended up giving the wrong address. When I called to correct the error, I was told that the driver would call me to get the correct address, which was fine. He called and I gave him the address. When he arrived I explained the issue and proceeded to pay him for the $33 order with $40. I asked for $3 back. He didn't have change... The food was luke warm, flavorless, AND he forgot our sodas. I looked at the receipt and there was only 1 soda listen on it. Since I over tipped him, I figured he would bring back 2 sodas since I explained that I had originally ordered 2 and didn't understand why there was only 1 listed on the receipt. He brought back 1 soda... To top it off, I added condiments to my order but received none of them. I'm so over this place. I'm not even willing to give it a third try. The first time I ordered from them a few months ago, the food was overall just not good. The only thing I liked were the fried dough bites. So I ordered them a few weeks ago, and I went into the restaurant this time. The girl at the counter helped me, and when I ordered bites, she wasnt really understanding what I was saying, so she has to ask who I presumed was the owner for what I wanted. I told him, and I sat down to wait. While I was waiting, the girl and an older gentleman, whom I presumed to be the cook, looked up at me over the counter a little strangely. Once they were done, the girl handed them to me with a sly expression on her face. The kind of expression you have one your face when you're up to something. The whole encounter was very sus. I went home to start enjoying my food, and when I bit into them, they tasted like straight up cologne. They even smelled like it. I told other people to smell and taste them to see if I was crazy, and they agreed it smelled/tasted like cologne. I called the store and spoke to the manager and explained the situation to him. I couldnt understand him very well, as there was a bit of a language barrier, and he said something along the lines of "I told them not to put cologne in it..." Like what??? Why would that ever have to be something you tell someone? He offered for me to come in and he'd refund me, which was very kind on his part, and he was very apologetic, but I ended up not going in, as I felt it was not something I should have had to deal with in the first place. Sorry but this time was terrible. My pizza was smushed against the box and way too undercooked and fell apart immediately. My meatball calzone didn't even come with the marinara inside it but instead on the side. I've never known a pizza restaurant to do that in my entire life. On top of it all I get the steak and cheese everytime and I guess someone was so lazy, this time they just put the cheese on top of the sub COLD instead of cooking it through. Baffled by all these horrible reviews. I have always had good pizza from here but tonight was excellent!!! Got a half veggie half buffalo pizza, mozzelrella sticks and a cheese burger. All of the toppings on the pizzza were fresh and it felt like they really put care and quality into cooking the pizza. The Mozerella stinks were perfectly crispy golden brown and warm. The cheese burger was great, very basic but what you would expect from a pizza place. I think that this is a new favorite and go-to now for pizza etc. until i have one of these bad experiences that the other reviews suggest, I will defiantly be back for more! read more

I will never order food from this place again. They served us raw chicken. When we called them back to say it was raw and we wanted either our money back or something else they told us "some people like it that way" and fought us with an exchange! Ridiculous! Whomever likes raw chicken more power to you! Us however do not and will not be eating here again.
