I am seeing all kinds of bad reviews, so I am going to chime in. I have never had a bad pizza or sub from this location. Everyone is always very pleasant. I don't know what other people's problem is, but I have ordered repeatedly from them and was never dissatisfied. Not only have they been over cooking my food, messed up my food, not put extra cheese or bacon when requested and paid for. Today after church my whole family came over for lunch before they had to go to their jobs, and other activities. I ordered 3 extra large pizzas from Piezoni's through DoorDash and was given a delivery time of 45 minutes... 2 hours later the three cold pizzas arrived after my family had to leave! When I contacted Piezoni's they informed me that I was not their customer I was a DoorDash customer and I would have to contact DoorDash... So, I contacted DoorDash and was told that Piezoni's received the payment through their website so I would have to contact Piezoni's, after contacting each of them three times I have come to realize that I am out of options and will not be refunded my money. Both companies are at fault here and neither will take responsibility for it. I think the worst part is that they will not work together to resolve this issue but instead put the onus on me, it seems they worked well together to take my money though! Had a delivery today and I understand ordering delivery it can take up to an hour which it did and that's fine. But what's not fine is you deliver me food with open bags? So my onion rings and sandwich are open in your drivers car not even shut.. "we don't use plastic" that's fine, but staple them shut like other places? Not just have open bags of food delivered is not only unsanitary but makes the food cold? Not even just that, the sandwich tasted disgusting and the customer service wasn't great either when you just get yelled at when they say they'll just refund you instead of apologizing. Placed a large catering order for my childs birthday party at the Battleship Cove Carousel. The gentlemen who delivered the food were actually a few minutes early. Ordered sheet pizza that arrived hot and cut into small squares (perfect kid portions). The right amount of cheese and sauce on each of the pizzas. Ingredient amounts on each of the pizzas was perfect. Ordered a Hawaiian, Bacon, 2 cheese pizzas, a pepperoni and green pepper onion. Salad was great! wished we ordered more and the chicken fingers were awesome as usual. Delivery guys provided plenty of dipping sauces and salad dressings. Ok I Piezonis I am officially a Piezonis FANACTIC after today. So I got a coupon,any 2 Pasta dinners for $13.99! I ordered grilled chicken Alfredo and chicken Parmesan for my Mom. Well the park look amazing,like usual,but the Alfredo had a "off" smell,can't really describe it but something just wasn't right. So I called and explained and no hesitation the sweet girl on the phone told a manager and they offered to remake it or anything else instead. No argue no question it was instantly "let's fix it". I got another parm order,you can't beat the parm HUGE and so good,they delivered QUICKLY, about 15 mins tops, and with a SMILE! Food is great but the service keeps me coming back for more. read more

This is the location that I've always gone to. When I call for take out they usually take a couple of tries. They are always extremely busy because they are awesome. I recommended the boneless sweet chili chicken, chicken Cesar salad and their chicken Cesar salad pizza. read more

I absolutely would NOT recommend this Piezoni's at all!!! They have very poor customer service, their delivery times are horrible and their lackadaisical attitude is appalling!!! I had a wait time of 45 min-1 hour for my food and THEY WERE 2 HOURS LATE!!! What type of business delivers their goods that late?! Never mind that it's fast food! It has the word "fast" in the classification for a reason! 2 hours is not fast! The delivery driver didn't seem to care that they were late to deliver my food at all! I've never experienced such poor and mediocre service in my life! I was so excited to eat here after seeing their menu, but I will never order from here again. If anyone ever thinks of ordering from here, they should look elsewhere unless they want food that's freezing cold and looks like it was made out of play dough after all that time. read more

Got the mixed green and the smokey joe pizzas. The mixed green was fresh, great grilled chicken and feta cheese. This pizza was cooked perfectly. The smokey joe had a lot of good flavor. A little too much barbecue sauce but not over the top. The toppings were nice and crisp but the bottom was doughy. I had to throw it in the broiler for a few minutes, but besides that great first experience , think i found my new pizza joint for the tiverton area. read more

I have been eating at piezonies in raynham and taunton for years - since it was called pepperonis in raynham!! Always has been my favorite. Always use the online ordering because it's convenient. I recently moved to fall river and was SUPER excited when I found out there is one here. I've ordered delivery 3 times so far. First time was fine. Second time I waited an hour for delivery and it was the wrong pizza, disappointed in that and having to wait even longer but they did come back and bring the right one. Third time I got the wrong pizza AGAIN. Called and they said that is what we ordered. Maybe, but I never got my email receipt sent to me like I always do to check against it to confirm it. Id be more inclined to believe them if I had gotten the email receipt and if this hadn't happened the last time I got delivery. Now I'm stuck with a $20 pizza I won't eat. Perhaps you are better off ordering in store instead of using the delivery service. I'll stick to the other locations I guess. Very disappointing read more

The absolute worst customer service I have received in a long time! I work in customer service myself and I have never been treated so rudely over the phone simply because the manager was lazy and decided to tell me that I couldn't pay for my order with a credit card , which btw my business orders from on a weekly basis spending 200.00 each time .... It totally sucks that I have to give this place such a low rating because I actually like many of the items on the menu. However, if I'm going to take the time to write a review, I am going to keep it 100. Customer service is the worst imaginable! Don't order online and expect a delivery in this lifetime! After inquiring about the delivery time about an hour since ordering I was told it's coming. At 75 minutes I called again and was told it should be there any second. $25 and almost 2 hours later I get a call from the driver stating they don't have any lemonade and did I want a substitute? I was ready to chew my right arm off at this point so I'm like yeah ok whatever. Order arrives and no drink. Pizza is cold and salad not prepared as requested. I really enjoy ordering from Piezoni's whether I am in Rhode Island or Mass wherever I feel for their squared pizza style cut. They normally on point with my order. Today October 27, 2019 at 5:00pm I didn't feel like having or feeding my family left overs from the day before. Everyone agrees to have Piezoni's pizza per my suggestion. I call them at 5:12pm place my order and was giving an ETA of 40 to 45mins; which, was different normally they do 15 mins increments in the time. I waited till 6:10pm to check on my order only to be told that they got busy due to the game that just started. I understand Sunday is game day. They maybe got very busy and deliveries could be backed up- out of courtesy call me back and give me a more reasonable ETA if you weren't going to meet my time. I have 2 hungry kids waiting and have to get ready for bed for school the next day. I was transferred to the manager than the store GM at about 6:25pm when I call for the 3rd time they both want me to understand that the game started and they got really busy with limited employees to provide service. And raining out. Which is all understandable to some degree. Again, my issue is not with how late my order was, why not tell me that the first time or the second time I called. I don't watch the game, I didn't know the game was on (sorry football fans), now try to be convinced to accepted a reason of no interest to me is, unacceptable. Their apology sound forced like I am more of a bother that they have to be on they phone with me. I was asked what I want to do after I felt beyond furious I ask for a refund. It angered me that we waited 1.5hrs for an ordered that never left the store with a half ass apology from both the store manager/GM. I rarely post or have anything negative to spill about someone else's business (for I am a small business partner myself), and I like Piezoni's. But, I feel that both gentlemen could have handle the call differently tonight, and no I wasn't looking for free food. Not my style been in worst situation and never ask for free anything. I hope the owner with this a better train they managers to handle customers frustration in a more delicate manner. I will not advice anyone not to go to Piezoni's for they do have great food, and maybe when I get over they way they made me felt tonight I may start ordering there again. Not sure how long it will take me to do so, but might go back to the square cut pizzas. read more

Piezoni's is among the best pizza places in this city. The portions are incredible, the cheesy bread is to die for, the steak bomb pizza is among the best pizzas I have had in some time. The delivery is quick, they are open late hours and are very friendly. They are pricey compared to some of the local chains but you get what you pay for and this place is a great eatery. The buffalo chicken pizza comes with a blue cheese dip and it is an amazing choice as well. This place gets the hint, an extra large is an extra large. This place will give you a tummy full if you get an extra large. They know portions and they know quality and I highly recommend this to the patrons of fall river. Enjoy!! read more
