Ordered $11 sweet potato fries for delivery and received a handful of fries...tried contacting them about 5 times via email and phone...to no avail. They don't care about their customers and therefore I will not be going to any Boston Pizza ever again...

I am a late adopter when it comes to using various food-ordering apps. I finally used Skip the Dishes to pick up an order. Recently, I was intrigued to try the Christmas pizza being offered at Boston Pizza. I ordered a small Christmas pizza for dinner and picked it up at this Boston Pizza. This location is the closest one to my workplace. I actually pass by it going home after work. It was a slushy Saturday evening. I had no problem finding a parking spot. This area has a number of eateries, including Tucker's Marketplace that I have frequented often over the years. There are hotels everywhere, so it's the perfect place for visitors and locals alike. I walked in and mentioned that I was picking up an order. The woman went to get my order. I liked how cozy the bar area looked. The Leafs game was about to start. Saturday was also slash-your-bill night. It sounded great until I looked at an oddly placed apostrophe on the sign. Ugh! Anyway, I got my pizza, which came with a Toblerone. I thanked the woman and drove back to my hotel where I was doing a staycation. The verdict on the Christmas pizza? It was interesting, but I didn't enjoy the taste. It had turkey meat, but it was more a ground mixture of turkey and perhaps sage. I didn't like the odd sage taste with whatever spices were in it. It had green onions and mozzarella cheese, which were fine. I enjoyed pouring the gravy and plopping cranberry sauce on it. It was just the odd herby taste that I didn't like. Hey, at least I tried something new. I will come back. Staff are friendly. I am eyeing the perogy pizza next. (478)

Went for a quick lunch before my flight, and was served salad with rot in it. Was offered to make another one but we were already rushed. Don't know why these restaurants do this. As good will gesture, got 10% discount off a $16 salad. Service was good though.

The restaurant is huge and lot of space to sit around.... there is a lot of rush in the area due to business coming down to grab a bite to eat during lunch. The food is just like the bar food you would expect so not much... and if you been going there the menu context has not changed in years but there is a lot of variety. They have started to keep halal chicken, so now you can ask them to put it in any burger, pasta and pizza. So that's a good addition for people with Halal preferences. This location did have the halal option. I was there during lunch hour with some coworkers. The service was very good, our server was nice and active to pin point us in the right direction as I was eating halal and we also had a one vegetarian in the group and no complaints there. The food was on time and atmosphere is nice. For the meal option I went with their Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. I kind of love this kick it has, it usually Breaded chicken breast but if you opt for halal meat it not breaded. The chicken is tossed in hot sauce served on a toasted French-style bun and fries on the side. For my Muslim brothers and sisters: They have halal option available at this location,

Large selection of food on the menu, quality is mediocre to above average from what I experienced, see below Had the hot wings = tasty but not that spicy, small mini size, but again very good, ate all Had the sliders (3) = mediocre, ate 1.5 of them Had steak and onion topped pizza (individual size) = delicious, ate all Table service in bar area is above average Bottom line, I would recommend for a sports bar-like meal, beverages, and watching the game. Nine TVs in bar area including one large projection TV on back wall. I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

Went with a group of around 8 people, we were seated almost right away since they weren't that busy. They merged a few tables together to accommodate us. I got their burger and fries, I did expect better fries but I still liked the burger. The waitress was nice and the environment was also nice.

    Pretty yummy pizza

Food was expensive for what it was. Biggest problem was the fruit flies attacking our table-no, we weren't outside.

The take out service/order took 30 minutes to be given. This is too long for a chicken/mushroom pasta.

I like the cracked pepper dry ribs and the yam fries with a Rickards White. They are pretty cheap at happy hour.

Decided to try them out as catering for a party I was hosting. Everyone loved the pizzas. For me personally, one of my favourite items there is the chicken n cheese samosas. I've also tried their peri rice and chicken which was great. Owner and staff are very nice. The restaurant itself is a bit small but there's seating upstairs as well. Lots of options to choose from and best of all, it's all halal. Recommend trying it at least once if you're ever in the area.

I ordered the 10 pc Honey Garlic wings and some Chicken n' Cheese Samosas. The wings were pretty large and fried well. They were drenched in sauce - which wasn't terrible, but... I didn't need that much sauce. They tasted really good though, so I didn't complain. The Samosas were also pretty big and very flavorful. I really enjoyed the food. Service was pretty good. I could tell that my food was made to order, which I am grateful for. If I find myself in the area again, I'd go back and maybe try their pizza.

Nice crust with a good chew. Good amount of toppings. Really solid New York style pizza. Dave Portnoys pizza review went to their downtown location and gave it a 8.4 if you follow him. There was no parking on Avenue but I found some parking on the residential street just North of the restaurant. The inside is really nice with comfy seating. Not a ton of seating but I think they get a lot of takeout. Service was good but I did have to wait more than the 20 mins they said as they seemed to be dealing with online orders.

Tips: - For both online and deals at this Pizzaville, I…read morerecommend ordering through the app or its online site. - Green pepper as a topping to me meant green bell peppers. At this place, you get hot green peppers that are small. - The panzerotti is yummy. The two ponzos deal is better price-wise, which allows you to get two toppings in each. If you grew up in the greater Toronto area and listened to the radio, chances are that you have heard a male Brit voice saying in an ad, "It was a rainy day in Pizzaville...." Back when we didn't need extra area codes, you'd hear the man say, "Call seven-three-six, three-six, three-six." In one ad on the radio, he actually said, "Call seven-three-six, three-six, three-six. NOT seven free-sex, free-sex, free-sex." It was as spicy as you could get on top-40 radio. They were memorable ads. As a kid growing up in the Beaches, I passed by the local Pizzaville location on Queen Street East. My parents and I never got pizza from this place. We ended up going to either Pizza Pizza or driving further north to get Pizza Hut. This Pizzaville location is in a plaza with Giant Tiger and Dollarama. This pizza joint is a few steps away from the latter. You know what? I had never ordered anything from Pizzaville. The horror! I shook things up when I decided to grab some lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. After running some errands, I pulled into the plaza and parked in front of this eatery. I then pulled out my app and placed an order. The app has a panzerotti special called two panzos. You can get two of them with two toppings each for $18.73 before taxes. Perfect! My panzos: - Sausage, mushroom, and garlic - Cup-n-char pepperoni, green peppers, and chilli flakes There are free items. The garlic and chilli flakes were free. For dessert, I got tiramisu. I paid for everything through the app. It was a smooth transaction. I will say that the last four digits of my credit card on my e-mail receipt did not match what my actual credit card's last four digits were. I'm not sure if it was deliberate, but checking my online credit card statement did show that my order was charged properly. Weird. I waited in my car for my order to be ready. It said twenty minutes, which was enough time for me to get caught up with my inbox. Yikes! When you head into this eatery, there's a step before you open the door. Be mindful of it. If there wasn't a sign that said to watch my step, I would have not noticed it until I was on the ground. This eatery has bar seating on either side of the doors. I got a welcome from a young man behind the counter. I said that I was picking up an order. He nodded and headed to the oven area. There was a warming area with my panzos. He came back and throughly checked what he was giving me against my order. I appreciated his attention to detail. He had my box with the panzos. He got two containers of panzo sauce. He also fetched my tiramisu from the fridge. He put all these items in a plastic bag and handed it over with my box. I thanked him and happily left with my food. I looked forward to chowing down. I wasn't sure how large the panzos would be. They were larger than my hand. I was impressed. I cut both panzos in half. I had the cup-and-char pepperoni, green peppers, and chilli flakes one first. The cup-and-char pepperoni means that each pepperoni slice curled and charred at the edges when cooked. They were yummy, as was the sauce and cheese in the panzo. I thought that green peppers meant green bell peppers. It wasn't the case here. Think small green peppers that are sliced into small rounds and have a kick. You see them in Hakka-style dishes like chilli chicken on rice. Well, I got those green peppers in my panzo. It was quite the surprise. It did form quite the kick with the chilli peppers. I suppose that my love for chilli chicken prepared me for this spicy surprise. I won't be getting green peppers here again. My panzo was fine with the chilli flakes kick alone! The sausage, mushroom, and garlic panzo was delicious. No surprises. It was comforting eating this panzo. I dipped both panzos in the panzo sauce. It was yummy, fresh marinara sauce. I got two containers and polished them off. The tiramisu was an individual portion. It was excellent. I loved the lady fingers that were dipped in espresso with the best mascarpone. If you feel like tiramisu that is in cup form, get some here. Overall, I had a decent first experience at Pizzaville. I want to get a pizza next time. It has options for those who are vegan and gluten-free. I also saw pasta and salads on the menu, so I'll return to check those out, too. (165)
