From several in person visits, I built a personal friendship with them. The guys that work there, Johnson and Andy are also genuine and bright people. They truly give you this feeling that you are welcomed and accepted there and they always find solution for you. I wasted thousands of dollars on my car until I met Sarris. They are super fair, reliable and have not forced any unnecessary services onto me. They even sent me to Herb Chambers (which I really dislike) when a catalytic converter was broken. They told me that Mercedes extended the warranty on many of them, but of course won't tell their customers until they bring in the car. Edit/Update: After the $2,300 worth of repairs my car allegedly needed, it made noises and vibrations on my way home it was not making prior to this work. Do not recommend this service center at all! It came to my attention that it's likely this recent work and most likely all prior work should have been covered under my warranty.
