I've been to this dealership twice--once when I purchased my car and once for a recall service. During the purchase, I was pushed to accept a 17% interest rate on a car loan, being told it was "normal" and that I should go for it. They submitted applications to five different banks, even though I had specifically said I only wanted to consider Honda's financing offer--and if I didn't qualify, I'd handle financing through my own bank. At the end, they told me I'd receive a survey and strongly urged me to give them top scores. I did give them a good rating at the time because they helped me through the buying process and I was happy with the car. When I later came in for a recall, I asked for an oil change as well. They quoted me $280 for additional services, which I declined. When I picked up the car, I was again given very direct instructions to leave perfect survey scores--because "it really matters personally" to the specialist. Apparently, every employee at this dealership does the same thing. Honestly, just do your job, and let me decide for myself how to rate the service. Whether I'm satisfied or not is my call--not something I should be pressured into. This isn't a personal complaint about the individual staff--it seems to be standard practice at this dealership. Right after I picked up my car, I drove straight to another dealership and got my oil change done there for $130. I was ready to pay the $280, but only if I was treated with respect and not pressured. However, it turned out that some of the services weren't even necessary. I really regret not going there for the recall as well. It's been two days since the recall service at Honda village, and Honda's system still shows the recalls as unresolved. In summary, both times I visited Honda Village, I got what I needed--a car purchase and a recall repair--but I've grown increasingly frustrated with their way of doing business. I'll probably only come back here again if I absolutely have to. You guys are good but you have a lot to work on.

Waste of time and money to get your car detailed here! I'd never paid to get my car detailed before, but I got a coupon in the mail for $150 for a full outer and inside detailing. Figured I'd splurge for the convenience for once of not having to do it myself. Dropped the car off at 8am, to which I was told it would be done super quick. When I hadn't heard from them by 3pm, I called repeatedly before I could get the guy on the phone to update me. He basically told me they had gotten busy and were working on it, but to show up at 4:55pm (they close at 5p) to come get it. I picked up my car to see that the rubber floor mat was missing from my back passenger seat. It wasn't until the guy brought up my carpet floor mat, that I realized BOTH carpet mats, in addition to one of the rubber mats was missing. AND when they couldn't find them, the guy that cleaned my car came up and stated that the mats were never there when I dropped the car off. Uh, excuse me?! I just took all my personal stuff out of my car this morning, and I definitely have 4 mats of everything (both carpet and rubber), not 3. They finally found them, but like, don't accuse me of something that was your fault. The whole thing was just so rushed. They didn't vacuum my trunk or inside my console AT ALL, plus did a terrible job on the inside fabric that they did try to vacuum. Didn't even clean it creases of my seats, which were still filled with crumbs and dirt, etc. I would've been better off doing it myself. Now I know better.

I would give this dealer negative stars! Very deceptive sales practices. It's unbelievable that Honda allows a dealership to operate without ethics and principles. I brought my car in for a quote since I received periodical notices from them that they would buy back. Initially, Ben quoted me 17k which I passed on and was ready to leave. He then came back again to match my Carmax online quote of 20k and can bring it back after I pick up my new car. That the number wouldn't change if I don't rack up miles or get into an accident. Long story short, I brought it back in the same condition with only 100 miles added. He lowered the rate on me claiming that the dealer bought a bunch of the same car in the past week so the market value at this dealership I has changed! WTF! Verbal agreements do not matter with this dealership! When my husband called Ben out on his deceptive sales tactics, he said the quote was only valid for one day. My husband called him out again that is not possible because they weren't open the next day after quote. Bring your business elsewhere. They will say anything to get your money. Exhaust you and take your money! Yes, I could've have just left. After investing so much time and energy with this ordeal, we wanted to get it over with and accepted the adjusted offer. In hindsight, if I could turn back time, I would not come here to begin with. I intentionally went out of my way to give them the first opportunity to buy since this is where I bought the car. Should have went straight to Carmax which was way closer. Being nice was not appreciated. Never imagined Honda has become an operation with no principles. It's been many years since I worked at a Honda dealership. Honda was respectable back then. Perhaps, it's only this dealership that is despicable. Karma will get you, Ben.

Toyota silver certified for a used car is worthless. If you're buying a used car from this Toyota…read moredealer, you should have an independent mechanic inspect the car. I bought a used 2017 Prius Toyota silver certified with 62,000 miles from Toyota Watertown. That included one year of Toyota care maintenance. However, each time I brought the car in for service, they found thousands of $ of repairs that needed to be done. They said if it was good enough at time of certification then they left it alone and now everything needs to be fixed. At 6 months and 5000 miles, the dealer replaced and rebuilt the complete rear brake system. They replaced the brake cylinders, calipers, and rotors for $1700. That's 6 months of ownership with a Toyota Silver Certification means that the certification doesn't provide any assurances that your brakes are good. Now at 12 months they say I need four wheel alignment, spark plugs, change the hybrid coolant, new hybrid cooling filter, engine filter, and cabin filter. I decided that I'm going to take my car someplace else for a second opinion. The Toyota service interval for changing the hybrid coolant is 150,000 miles. Toyota Watertown wanted to change it now at 72,000 miles, after googling some of the other recommendations it turns out that changing the hybrid battery air filter is an easy DIY and I'm going to do that along with the cabin and engine air filters. When I bought the car 12 months ago, it had new tires on it. The four wheel alignment should have been done when the new tires were installed and if there was an issue with the alignment, it should have been caught at the six month interval. It's overkill to be doing four wheel alignment every 12 months. Next time I buy a used car, I'm going to ask the dealer to confirm when the last time was that a four wheel alignment was done, Next I'm going to check the recommended service interval for changing the spark plugs. It turns out that the recommended service interval for changing spark plugs is 120,000 miles or 12 years. One could argue that doing all these changes early is better for the car, but they're not being positioned as optional, Toyota Watertown is positioning these as needed now and that feels like they were trying to take advantage of me. Buyer beware when buying a Toyota Silver Certified Used car.

Everything was expertly addressed in a few hours and the experience was completely hassle free. I had my chill dog with me and the waiting area felt a bit compact, so we took a walk. There is a public bike path, a bridge over the Charles, a shaded park/reservation area, dog park, and shops and restaurants all within a relaxing 10-20 minute walk. Boston Motorsports is still the only regional Alfa dealership I would consider bringing my Alfa to. Their service and knowledge is exceptional. My longtime mechanic had retired, and I wasn't sure where to go next until I discovered D&G Auto Repair on Yelp! In August 2025, I brought my car in for brake service (pads and rotors replacement). From the very beginning, I felt I was in good hands. Paulo, the manager, responded to my Yelp inquiry almost immediately. He was professional, kind, and attentive. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a clear, respectful way, something I truly appreciate. I felt a strong sense of trust that he genuinely cared about my car and my safety. When I arrived at the shop, Paulo was just as professional and kind in person. He made me feel confident in my choice to use to D&G Auto Repair. After I left my car, he followed up via text with an estimated bill before starting any work, which gave me peace of mind and control over the process. The shop itself is small but clearly run by expert technicians, and the waiting room is clean and comfortable, a nice bonus! I returned yesterday with a question about a noise I'd heard. Tony, one of the technicians, came out and personally walked around my car with me. He pointed out how clean it looked and even asked about repairs I had done elsewhere. He gave me a mini lesson on body repair which was surprisingly enlightening. He then gave me directions to the nearest Auto Parts store and Car Wash. That kind of extra care is rare and so appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend D&G Auto Repair, especially for women who are looking for a respectful, honest, and trustworthy place to bring their vehicles. I'll definitely be back!
