Two star rating as one stars usually get ignored. I bid on an eBay listing for a 1984 Mercedes…read more Serge insisted I go through him for the sale and not eBay. He told a story of a customer being charged an additional $4,000.00 at the end of the sale through eBay. I went through him. He canceled the sale and refuses to return my $250.00 deposit. Said it was my fault I did not complete the transaction. I related a conversation from the previous week where he said no problem next week is fine. Well it wasn't. Serge please spend my $250.00 on business classes. DO NOT SHOP HIS EBAY STORE.

Cannot speak on picking up a vehicle yet, but the sales and purchase process was very good…read more Uncle Mo facilitated our sale and I couldn't be more pleased. He was thrown into the mix last minute, but he gave us care, attention, and quality service. He was extremely open and candid about what we were looking for and looking at. He explained every detail, and even pointed out some items that might need attention in some vehicles we viewed. During the closing, he made sure we understood what was going on and helped us get the best possible deal. I should note that we were cash buyers and didn't have a trade. He outline the fine print before even talking about a deal so we understood what to expect, so there were no surprises. He made sure to call us with all the work being done to the vehicle and strongly advocated for us on certain things that they should cover (and did cover)! I'll update once I pick the vehicle up, but Uncle Mo, Marz, and Gabe made for a fantastic experience.

We drove over an hour to look at a vehicle after confirming details with a gentleman named Bruno…read morewho contacted me based on the info i provided to their online website. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Before making the trip, we were told we qualified for a promotional incentive of up to $2,000 over five months. Also Bruno said he would send us coupons. These incentives along with our $6000 downpayment would have been tools to work out a reasonable figure. After arriving, we were told we did not qualify for the promos and the coupons did not arrive. We also discovered the vehicle was priced approximately $1,500 higher than the online listing, even after showing the advertised price. Throughout the process there appeared to be conflicting information regarding the vehicle's pricing, which created a great deal of confusion and we thought the figures initially quoted were too good to be true. We were ready to sign and then the correct numbers were presented. We were prepared to renegotiate as i said we thought the initial offer was too good to be true and we are reasonable but that was never an option that was explored or attempted. I do want to mention that our salesperson was friendly, courteous, and genuinely tried to help. My frustration is not with him personally, but with the inconsistent information and the overall sales process. The dealership did offer us a very fair trade-in value, which we appreciated. However, they were unwilling to discuss the vehicle's price despite the discrepancies we encountered. After driving more than an hour based on the information we had been given, we left feeling disappointed. My hope is that the dealership and people who explain the promos can improve communication and ensure that online pricing and promotions accurately reflect what customers will actually receive. It would save customers from making long trips based on incorrect expectations and would also help the sales staff avoid being put in difficult situations because of inconsistent information and prevent wasting everyone's time.

This review reflects mostly on service. I made an appointment online to have an oil change and tire…read morerotation done on my Tahoe. The appointment was for Friday at 1pm. As with many people my work hours are long so I dropped the truck off on Thursday night, filled out the drop envelope, and placed it in the drop. While I was on my way home, I asked my wife to give them a call as I had not heard from them about the truck, but hey its an oil change they take all of 20 minutes add a tire rotation and even I could have done this in my driveway in under an hour. She called me back and said that they didn't know if the oil change was done as service had left and they didn't see the paperwork. Now, I am a bit concerned. No truck for a a day or two, no problem, I have a company vehicle. No truck on the weekend...WTF! So I go to the dealership, figured I take my key, truck and business elsewhere. Now here is the fun part. Get to the dealership, they can't find the fob. The sales manager or who I assume was running the show for the night could have cared less. His answer, you'll have to come talk to service after 730 when they get in on Saturday. There is nothing else he could do. I left, not happy. 10 minutes later we get a call that they found the fob, it was still in the envelope in the drop zone. He said it was under the tire machine, but that is doubtful unless that machine is on top of the door. I've used their drop before with no issue. Since I purchased this truck service has been less then stellar there. One time I picked it up after an oil change to find a flat tire. Another time I picked it up for motor mounts, yes a 2019 needed two new mounts, to find a puddle under my radiator. Don't know how that happen, is what I was told. This is it. I'm done with Tasca! I use Tasca for my fleet vehicles, that is over. My next purchase will be another GM product, but it wont be from them. Look through the reviews for every good one you will find 3 poor ones. Tasca stopped caring years ago and it shows! Growing up in RI, the name Tasca ment something. They had a reputation of taking care of customers. Back in the day I ownedba mark VIII, the door ajar message wouldn't go away. I brought it to their Lincoln dealership. They had it a few days trying to find the short. I remember calling because I was concerned that because the car was out of warranty that the bill would be high. They said no worries we will cover this under warranty as I was only a thousand miles out. This was when they cared.

They finally offered for me to take it home without fixing it and suggested i send them the bill. I needed the vehicle so I took it home and my 17 year old son resolved the issue in one hour. My local BMW dealership inspected the vehicle and identified a water pump that needed replacement. Even though I had the car in my possession for under 30 days the sales mngr Elian Khouri refused to fix it. At first he said "the car passed inspection so it's not our issue". Then he said, "it's only leaking coolant fluid slowly so my guys won't fix it". Then he said "well, you put over 1k miles on it, so we aren't obligated to fix it". Totally sleazy and incompetent people.
