    Turkey Bacon Sandwich

Hidden gem!!! This coffee shop is not to be overlooked! Gorgeous inside with individual rooms for privacy and also a big area with tables and couch. The staff was super nice. They have a large selection of coffee/latte, etc options including coffee flights and specials! A light food menu with sandwiches and bakery items and just a cool vibe! The cloud coffee is genius! The coffee warms up the cotton candy and it drips into your drink. It's sweet but not too sweet; absolutely perfect. I got their turkey bacon pesto sandwich which was a great portion and was perfect! Crispy bread and cooked very well, great flavors. I will be back here for sure to try a flight soon. Don't walk, run!!!!

It was 77° and perfect outside in Columbus, OH on the morning I checked out Bottom's Up Coffee. Inside, I wanted to enjoy a rainy day coffee. I had seen it in an article for Experience Columbus and I was intrigued. The drip coffee was delicious and aromatic with cotton candy melting over it. Quite an experience! I would love to try the food the next time I go. There was a nice menu of pastries available. Service was excellent and the employees were pleasant. #CBUS #CbusCoffee #LiveForwardCBUS #YesColumbus

What a gem! Great vibes, excellent menu, and chef's kiss on service! Myself and some friends/colleagues were looking for a spot to have a little check-in retreat and this fit the order perfectly! Private rooms with a white board that we didn't have to get on a wait list to enjoy. We all ordered food and drinks. I had the turkey on ciabatta and it was delicious. The downside is that the sandwiches are premade so we couldn't substitute, but the upside is that they definitely did not taste premade. I was delighted that the hibiscus tea came unsweetened because that's exactly how I want it, but could have added sweetener if I wanted! My pals had the breakfast bagel that looked so yummy, and two of them went back to try some of the other delicious bevvies. I don't drink caffeine, so to find a spot that offers those kinds of options with all the flavors and none of the hassle of trying to find a drink for a meeting in a coffee shop is a huge win win. If it were closer I'd be there all the time. Additionally, it was clear by just stepping in that this coffee shop is very involved in the community as a whole. I love that and did not want it to go unrecognized.

Incredible gem on W Broad st! Best music I've heard in many moons! Muffins and coffee equally excellent. Ambiance, available spaces, and entertainment are top notch.

This little gem of a coffee shop in the Franklinton area has plenty of spots to chat with a friend and enjoy a beverage. They also have a few private rooms including one with a conference table and a white board. I tried the cold brew coffee and it's quite strong (both in flavor and caffeine), so be warned. They also serve some baked goods, bagels and breakfast sandwiches. The only downsides were it was quite loud, especially the front door opening and closing. The wifi was also a bit spotty, which is a pain if you're trying to get some work done. However, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was cool so it gets 4 stars from me. Of note, there's a parking lot in the back with 5 or so spots, and additional street parking if the lot is full.

I randomly stopped into this coffee shop this weekend. I've passed it for years. So me and my friends stopped here and it was pretty good. I enjoyed the chill vibe, the young lady at the register greeted us with a warm smile. The overall vibe was 10/10 very cozy and relaxing . We ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Latte which was delicious. We also ordered the Honey Beet Latte, which was phenomenal. And because one drink was a little late coming out, we got to try the macaroons, which were tasty. I will definitely come back to try more coffee options.

Rainy Day was a really cool experience and drink. Iced cinnamon toast crunch latte was also amazing! The kids got the hot chocolate flight and liked 2 of the 3 flavors.

If you're in the city and you want someplace cute to work at or study, this is your spot! There is parking on the street and also a small parking lot in the back. I was enticed by the coffee with the cotton candy and the stoplight lattes. So of course when I got there, I ordered their stoplight latte. I was there on a Friday morning and it was not busy at all. They have these cute mini conference rooms where you can privately work/study which I loved. The stoplight lattes were pretty pricey considering how small they were. It was $15 just to be transparent. Would I order it again? Probably not. I did like the matcha and beet latte, but sadly the aesthetics weren't that pretty. Also, it wasn't very hot considering I literally picked it up right when they called my order. I also ordered their homemade pop tart and chose the blueberry. It was flaky and super tasty! I really enjoyed each bite and it was the perfect size. All in all, great place to work and study in privacy. In terms of their drinks, I would pass on the stoplight lattes, but bring on the pop tarts!

Visited Bottom's Up Coffee in Franklinton this morning. We got: 〰 Rainy Day Coffee: drip coffee with cotton candy hanging over it! This is one of the more unique coffee drinks I've had and I loved it. The heat of the coffee causes the cotton candy to drip into the coffee, which is an interesting alternative to adding a sugar packet 〰 Latte: this was just ok- it had a bit of an off taste to it, tasted kind of like straight warmed milk 〰 Bagel sandwich: comes with egg, cheese, and bacon. The egg was seasoned well, but the bacon was a little undercooked for my liking Bottom's Up is a really cool spot. It is located in a refurbished 100-year-old building in the heart of Franklinton. I liked the plants and natural light; the space definitely has character. The employees were friendly and were working hard to manage the influx of customers that came in right as they opened. I wished that they took names as you ordered as it was a little confusing who each order belonged to as they called them out to be picked up. The Rainy Day Coffee was so unique and fun to try. I also appreciate that they give back to the community by raising money for diapers for low income families. Overall, this is a cute spot with reasonable prices and interesting menu items.

Uhm wow why have I just discovered this place?! It's in Franklinton in a pretty discreet little corner location and it doesn't look like much from the outside. The inside, however, is cheery and well-lit. I grabbed an iced matcha with a shot of espresso and worked on my computer for about an hour, and it was a delightful experience. The man working said he was the uncle of the owner, and his personality was everything! The type of service that makes even a brand new customer feel like a regular. And now for the drinks----- Ok so I only tried the matcha, but it's clear that this place is the best spot I have found for fun and inventive coffee drinks in Columbus. Lots of places have a few, but this spot has a full menu of unique concoctions, including a latte flight featuring rose, lavender, and matcha lattes-- this is only served hot, but I can't wait to try it out when it gets cooler outside. It's also one of the few places around that carries coconut milk, which is my favorite. They were out of it on my visit, but I'm sure they'll have it next time. I might just have to head over there right now after writing this review!

Very nice coffee shop with very fast internet and wait staff...I had a hot chocolate with whip cream.Very comfortable seating which are good for group plus a few private spaces if you wanted a private business meeting.I just wish I had more time to spend there.

What's not to like in a cup of coffee that comes with cotton candy raining over the top of it? What better way to add the sugar into the drink then to let it drip from the cotton candy.. A nice atmosphere in a little bit of a shady environment. A good cup of coffee at a reasonable price.

Fun little coffee shop at the corner of W. Broad and Cypress Ave. across from Engine House Number 10. Parking lot around back or parking on Cypress Ave. Enter through the the front door. Pull hard because the door sticks. Friendly staff helps you order and answers questions. They have a couple unique items: Canary Island, Condensado, and the Rain Day. Fun game/toy area for kids. My 2 yo niece had fun playing Connect Four, Jenga and other toys. Nice Christmas decorations along the window. Includes a nut cracker soldier. I tried the Condensado: cortado with condensed milk. Bitter tasting coffee with very sweet creamer. Hubby and son shared a Pour Over. Bitter tasting coffee but drinkable. Brother and mom each ordered the Rainy Day: large mug of coffee with an iron stand the holds freshly made cotton candy. Fun to watch them make it and fun to watch the cotton candy "cloud" melt into the coffee. Fun. Second stop on our Coffee Trail.

My sister and I had just finished up lunch and wanted a sweet treat and some caffeine to keep our afternoon going. The space itself looks great. For the longest time this corner was home to a vacant building and they put a lot of work into it. The side where you order is fairly small but on the other side of the wall is a good sized lounge area. Perfect for getting work done, catching up with friends, etc. I ordered the super trendy strawberry matcha and a pistachio raspberry macaron. Both were worth coming back for. The strawberry matcha had a delicious strawberry jam with a cold foam on top. I could tell the matcha wasn't the lowest grade option you could get because it tasted very smooth. The macaron was absolutely gorgeous and much bigger than the average. Both sides of the macaron were big and the amount of filling inside was amazing. Very flavorful but not over-bearing. It was also extremely photogenic. My sister enjoyed her goodies, too. She went with a hot chocolate and a cinnamon macaron and said she was a fan. They are Latinx-owned and women-owned, which I love to see. I will definitely be back to try more things and fingers crossed this spot sticks around for a while!

I've heard nothing but great things about this cafe, so my expectations were high - I'm happy to…read morereport that this place is worth the hype! We were gifted tickets for the German Village picnic Giftory experience which gave us two macarons of our choosing and two vanilla shortbread cookies for free. We chose the raspberry chambord and pistachio macarons while also ordering two pistachio cloud matchas. All of the desserts were excellent. The raspberry macaron was very fruit forward while the pistachio was more subdued, but still had a spot on flavor. Even with sugar coating the shortbread cookies, the touch of vanilla made them taste light. I could easily see myself eating far too many of those. The star of the show was the matcha. 10/10! I've never had a pistachio flavored drink, so I was a little hesitant, but wow, I'm glad I ordered it! The matcha base wasn't overly sweet nor was the pistachio foam overly salty. Perfect mix of sweet and savory. Even thought the line was out the door, it moved at a decent pace and our drinks didn't take too long to receive. I'd like to try the strawberry matcha next time, but I'm not sure if I can pass up the pistachio Highly recommend!

I think the issue is with the chocolate they use for the mocha but it had such an odd flavor that I couldn't bring myself to finish it. The croissant was fine and not memorable and I won't say too much on the macaron because I think I just realized I'm not really a macaron person so I can't fairly judge them there. The cafe is itty bitty and there is absolutely no seating inside so it's more of a grab and go situation. There are a few seats outside so hopefully you can snag a seat when the weather is nicer. Overall, I think there are a lot of other good coffee shops in Columbus that I don't see myself going out of my way to come back.
