Let me tell you about Pamela, she is amazing. I just had my wedding this Saturday and she made my vision came true. I have so many positive feedback about how beautiful the wedding is. I walked in to the reception room and I was blown away. Pamela is so sweet, she is very talented and super flexible. I can't thank her enough to have the patience with me since i kept changing things around. One week before the wedding, due to the corona virus, soooo many people canceled so the number of table changed and she was so flexible to use the amount that i had extra to turn to something else that i needed. Can I just take a moment to profess my love for Pamela? She. Is. Amazing. Planning a wedding from the other end of the state can be a challenge, because we hired vendors without ever meeting them in person, or seeing their work in person (like at wedding events, etc). From the moment I spoke with Pam on the phone, I felt her warm personality and absolute love for creating the most gorgeous floral arrangements. We gave her a list of what we liked and didn't, and she took it from there. She went above and beyond decorating our venue - Strawberry Farms has a barn for the reception, and the barn has these four pillars that are pretty ugly when they're plain, but Pam was able to transform that with billowy fabric and a beautiful floral garland. The arch for our ceremony was simply breathtaking - we had so many guests tell us it was THE MOST BEAUTIFUL floral arch they'd ever seen, and we were so happy to find out that we could move it inside the barn, behind our sweetheart table for the reception. Every single detail was so well taken care of, from the bouquets to the flower petals across the aisle, to the arch, and the lavender sprigs on each place setting. Pamela delivered amazing fresh flowers for our newborn photo session in Huntington Beach. She brought a wreath of pink rununculus and soft roses, along with some other ideas that she came up with. Pamela served as my florist for my wedding and nailed it, and I don't mean "nailed it." She delivered Pinterest worthy ceremony and wedding venue decorations that went beyond my wildest expectations. I had a pretty clear vision in mind for florals because my mother and I had already made some wreath chandelier accents to hang from crossbeams over the dance floor. She had a look at the wreaths as well as my Pinterest board and put together a mock up for one of the guest tables, which we were able to view remotely through pictures she texted and in person when we visited her studio. I didn't have a great idea in mind for the ceremony, so she came up with an asymmetric arrangement that matched the wild look I was aiming for. We also had some changes to our budget that freed up some funds so I asked her if she could use the extra money to decorate the stage behind the dance floor. She explained it to me a couple of times but I didn't grasp just how well what she described would look with everything else I had asked for. I am actually not sure how she stayed within our budget given that some of the elements in the arrangements (like mini cattails and flowering tree branches) looked so elegant and pricey. Anyway, if you have no idea of how to make your wedding pop for a reasonable price or have any gray areas that need attention, Pamela has the artistic chops to cook up something stunning. The romantic arbor, boutonnières, and center pieces were stunning. One of the most memorable part of the wedding process was her floral arrangement party for the bride and her bridesmaids. She hosted them and had them create their bouquets the morning before. To be clear, this is not a paid review. Pamela was the florist for our wedding on this past November 16th. And let me tell you, she did an amazing job. First of all, her prices are reasonable, and she is transparent with her costs. She has tremendous expertise, and you can be sure she will ask all the right questions and have everything taken care of! Even though her job is so demanding, she is always flexible. I still remember that a week or so before the wedding, we needed to change something, and although she had already purchased most of the flowers, she went the extra step to make the change for us at extra cost to herself. She also provided extra flowers and decorations at the wedding completely for free (For example extra boutonnieres in case some were damaged while we were wearing them. This just goes to show how thoughtful she is). We also requested a very complicated centerpiece that was a golden manzanita tree with flowers, jewelry, and candles hanging from it, and she truly delivered on this one, whereas other florists were hesitant to even attempt it. Can I just say how AWESOME Pamela is? I recently got married (this past December) and I had the pleasure of having Pamela from French Bouquet as my florist. She is so talented, and really put me at ease about the big day. She told me that everything would turn out just as I envisioned it, and she was not lying! The theme of my wedding was rustic and casual, which of course could lend to the whole thing looking just plain ol' crazy and undone. However, I had high hopes! I wanted the flowers to look like they were just plucked out of a meadow and thrown into mason jars/wine bottles/what-have-you! It could've looked messy in less skilled hands, but Pamela, being the rockstar she is, totally got what I was picturing in my head. We had a few meetings where we just went over the overall look and even had a test run just to make sure we were on the same page. When we had the test run I was super excited because everything she put together was leading toward what I had dreamed of. It wasn't until the big day, when I finally got to take a sneak peak of our reception area that I was able to see just how BEAUTIFUL everything turned out to be. Pamela really went above and beyond my expectations. Simply put, it was magical. Absolutely magical. I could not have asked for a more romantic setting. To really expand upon how professional Pamela and her team are.. that day it POURED. The weather was terrible, freezing cold.. rainy. The works. Pamela and her team did not even miss a beat. She was there at the venue bright and gloomy, working away on putting everything together for the ceremony and reception. Our ceremony was originally supposed to be outdoors but due to the rain we had to move indoors. Honestly, I don't think the ceremony would have been as breathtaking outdoors. Pamela and her team improvised and made the ceremony something out of a magazine. The reception was equally stunning. There were flowers everywhere!
