At 12:02 their front door was unlocked, and the sign announcing the 12:00 opening was gone. Tone of voice matters, and I will look you straight in the eye and put my hand on a stack of bibles and tell you his tone was beligerant and angry (to the point of aggressive). It was beyond rude.
