GPH Burger: A well sourced blend, made into a patty of good thickness, grilled over an open flame, and housed in a potato bun with a generous allotment of toppings. Beautiful presentation, and most importantly, the flavor of the beef came through, never getting lost. You can order pink or no pink; I went pink, and on my first visit they nailed the temperature, color, and juiciness to go along with the crusty exterior.
